Located only an hour and a half from Boston and is centrally located, a short drive to beautiful Mayflower Beach, 5 star restaurants, Johnny Kelly Rec Park at one end of the street and deeded beach rights to Kelly’s Bay on the other!!! Drop your kayaks in and enjoy! Johnny Kelly Park has tennis courts, pickle ball, walking trails, basketball, children’s park and much more. Only 1 mile away is the Cape Cod bike trail! The cottage is totally renovated with a well equipped kitchen, has 2 to 3 bedrooms, sleeps 5 October through April, sleeps 6 May through September. The 3rd extra bedroom does not have AC or heat, fan provided, lots of windows . A travel tender provided for baby, central air, full bath and laundry room. Large fully fenced in yard with patio for lounging, a second patio for dining with new outdoor furniture, large outdoor shower and custom fire pit!
