Great rental in Princevile

We had a wonderful stay here. Really loved the plunge pool. Super quiet neighbors, barely heard anyone else. Was perfect for a couple. We'd for sure come back here again

Great spot on the North Shore

Very comfortable house for me and my young-adult daughters. Very centrally located with access to all North Shore beaches, very roomy and private accommodation, lovely soaking pool on the back deck. All around a great place to stay.

Great place to stay in Kauai

Very nice place. Location is excellent. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and nicely furnished. Pool is a dipping pool, but never ended up using it, as it was a little chilly.

Fabulous Rental Unit in Princeville!

We stayed in Pali Uli 7 from 12/23/2022 to 12/29/2022. Absolutely loved everything about our stay there! Super comfortable beds, lovely kitchen, everything spotlessly clean. Very convenient location in Princeville and just a few minutes' drive to gorgeous Hanalei Bay. Highly recommended!

Wow We loved this comfortable little Cottage with all of the amenities of home. We love the layout and the confort and the small dipping pool . We just loved our week there although it rained a lot while we were there it is still paradise . Thank You

Amazing stay

Everything was perfect!! Loved the cottage, had thought of everything! Extra towels, extra jacks in the outlets for multiple devices. Super clean and comfy, perfect for 2-4 people! Loved the area, great little hike to secluded sea lodge beach. Although can be slippery (muddy) with all the rain in Princeville saw a sea turtle there sunning themselves and a couple more in the water. Was a magical stay, nice quiet and felt very private.

The home was tidy and well-organized with a beautiful backyard view. The location is unique and close to many amenities and sites.We gave it three stars due to cleanliness and pricing. Despite being told cleaners needed extra time to make the house ā€œperfect,ā€ we found mold on both shower heads and in the washer (which smelled too bad to use), bird droppings on furniture, dirty dishes, and grease on the table. When we raised concerns, the property manager acknowledged the message but offered no apology or resolution, leaving us to clean everything ourselves. I didn't think to take pictures until I had already cleaned most of the items. We were also surprised by additional fees added at checkout, despite VRBO stating all fees are shown upfront.Overall, the house looked nice but wasnā€™t clean, and managementā€™s handling of issues was disappointing.

An Overall Good Rental in Princeville

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin and had a great experience overall. We had a few minor issues during our stay, which we were willing to overlook because we enjoyed the property so much. I was expecting insects and other wildlife due to the tropical climate, however we had a little infestation of flies in the smaller bathroom each night to the point where the sink would be covered in them. We avoided using that bathroom, so it wasn't a deal breaker.Also, for having a max guest occupancy of 4 people, the living room had a couch to seat 3. One of us had to sit on the folding chair at the desk, but we hardly spent time indoors so that wasn't too big of an issue.And FYI, the actual wifi network and password are different than what is actually listed on VRBO, make sure to check the guest book for accurate network info.Despite the few minor issues, we really enjoyed staying at this property and would stay again.

Aging House, not so clean, quiet location

We really liked the location of the house. It is quiet and in a small complex. Unfortunately it is very old. We first had to catch and dispose of 3 cockroaches in the house. Cleanliness therefore not particularly good. Unfortunately there is only one lounger outside by the pool. The pool east is also unkempt, tiles are falling off. Unfortunately we wouldn't go there again. Facilities otherwise good.

A week in Kauai

The rental place was as described, smaller than the photos make it look. There are two steps down to one bedroom and another two steps down to the kitchen and another step down to the living room so if anyone in the party has mobility issues, this may not be the place for you. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, everything we needed for making meals. There were some spices and salt and pepper but you will need to bring oil to cook and any food you may want. There was a small welcome basket with cookies, chocolates, and granola. Thereā€™s a ice maker in the freezer which was very nice to have. There were also 2 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and a cooler to use. Overall it was a nice stay. Beds are comfortable and there is AC in the master bedroom and in the living room but no AC in the 2nd bedroom. It wasnā€™t too hot when we were there (December) so we just opened the windows and used the ceiling fans which was perfect. There are plenty of towels and blankets for the stay and complementary shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. Kitchen was also stocked with hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels and all other cleaning items. Not sure if I would book again just because of the smaller size and the price. But overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Loved Our Stay!

The home is beautifully kept and decorated ... very clean, functional kitchen, A/C, relaxing patio, great little pool, washer & dryer, etc. We could not have been more comfortable! Loved our stay, it was a perfect location ... just down the road from stores and restaurants and, most importantly, close to beautiful Anini Beach. We'll definitely be back.
