We loved our stay and will definitely return here. Very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable, plus many extras including lots of beach gear! Great location with many things nearby. Layout of the home was perfect for our family, giving everyone their own space but also providing comfortable common space to be together. Great stay!

This property exceeded my expectations. It's was more beautiful in person. It was in a nice neighborhood with a pool. It was quiet on the North Shore away from the traffic. It was nice to be close to Hanalei Beach and the town. We visited there often. We were also able to sightsee south towards the airport and the Barking Sands area and not find it too far/long to travel from our vrbo. I asked lots of questions of the host and they never tired of me that I know of, lol. They answered very quickly. I'd give this stay an A. We would love to stay again. Kate Ragan, Maryland USA

This property was very nice. It was nice to have three rooms and three bathrooms to allow all of y party to have their own space. Location was very convenient as well.

Great place for us and adult children. Everyone had rheir own space and bathroom. Enjoyed the privacy of the balconies and view of mountains.

We had perfect check on instructions and the house was clean and beautiful. The view from the home was incredible and it felt like we were worlds away from everything. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. Close to shopping and food with a short, stunning drive to the beach. Everything we needed was provided. There were a couple of minor fixes that were needed (the screen door was a bit wonky and the AC unit started leaking about halfway through our trip) but I just emailed the manager and it was fine. I would stay here again and again. Highly recommended!!!

Loved the space of this Villa. We have stayed in many many VRBO’s on all the Hawaiian Islands and mostly Kauai. This Villa was a favorite! Will definitely book again.

Perfect!

A beautiful location and place to stay. One of the very best VRBO's we have stayed at. Garage full of everything you need for the beach, clean and large home. We loved that the bedrooms were away from each other for a little more privacy!

Our unit was perfect for our group of 5 adults. The place was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Excellent communication with the property manager. Highly recommend this place, the Princeville area and the beaches there are breathtaking. Perfect in every way.

Wonderful condo with everything you need. Very clean and we didn’t see even one insect inside. Lovely amenities with a great heated pool and very hot spa (just like I like it). Perfect location. Property management company was very responsive. 5 star stay.

Excellent spot with a green view

It's a very nice spot with a great view of only trees and forest behind the property. It has some charm and feels more like staying at a relative's house than a random rental property. It's great to have access to all sorts of beach gear, and the location is good as long as you're okay driving to get food.

This was such a beautiful condo, we had everything we needed. The pictures on the website did not do this property justice. The view from our balconies was stunning. We will definitely return.

Spectacular location and home!

Our family LOVED this home. It was spacious and beautiful and was the nicest VBRO we’ve ever stayed at! They offered an extremely well equipped kitchen as well as all of the beach necessities. All the extras and attention to detail made for an amazing vacation. Thank you for everything!

Family Vacation

I have visited Kauai before but for my family it was there first time. We had a great stay there in Princeville, property very close to breakfast and coffee spots, and Hanalei. The villa was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved having A/C for the kids, washer/dryer, and the trash disposal was near. Hosts were friendly and quick to respond. Great neighborhood. We would love to book again!

Loved it!

This place was beautiful and was the perfect unit for privacy! I found a good deal on the price and I'm so happy we stayed here rather than an apartment. It was really big for just the two of us, but our other rental at a different location fell through right before we left for kauai and I found this place last minute. I loved that it had 2 master bedrooms and a spare with another full bathroom as an option if we ever came with another couple and kids.

Don't let google maps or subsequent descriptions fool you, this place is just wonderful! The entire place is larger than it appears in the images. There is a green belt directly behind the property and all the sliding glass doors and patios face it. The birds, breeze, and rain sounds are so relaxing. There is also a disc golf course next to the property that makes for a gorgeous daily walk. The pool is warm and the hot tub is HOT! There are staples in the cupboards and even some extra toiletries. The beach gear provided was such a pleasant surprise. The flippers were a nicer quality than what we rented and the kayaks allowed us to finally make it to secret falls (Thank you so so much for those! ) There is also a surf board! We didn't use it only because we didn't realize what it was until the last day. We love Kauai's North shore and feel like we found our go to place to stay when we visit. Absolutely 10/10.

The property is beautiful. Princeville is on the opposite side of the island where most of the activities are. The miles are not so many but the travel is slow.I am very disappointed the problem with the primary toilet I reported the morning after our arrival. I had to lift the toilet lid, hold the flush mechanism in place while I pushed the button to flush.
