The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Father’s Day Weekend Success!

The location is great. The splash pad kid area in the back and then the big pool up front are a great separation. We love that the only real traffic is just the guests and no one else and it’s enclose by the two campgrounds. AC worked fantastically! The balcony is big enough to move on. The water pressure was actually fairly decent honestly. Again, the only cons were the beds. It would be worth it to invest in some better beds. Amazon has some for really good prices.

The pools, access to the ocean, parking, and cleanliness of the common areas are exceptional. The a/c, beds and mattresses, and condo cleanliness need a lot of improvements.

Price good but no customer service

I loved we only had towels for one shower but were here for 4 days. Loved we ran out of toilet paper and no one to call.

Hi Reyna, thank you for your review. Our apologies that your experience in the home was not the pleasant and relaxing vacation we wish to facilitate for our guests. We are sorry for any misunderstandings you experienced regarding the supplies provided in our home. We do provide starter packs of paper products and detergents, and anything required beyond what is provided is the responsibility of the guests. While, guests are required to wash towels as we don’t provide mid stay services or extra linens. There is a washer and dryer at the area that you can be use. We truly hope we can host you for a more comfortable stay in the future, thank you.

Convenient only in location

We arrived tired and ready to get to the beach but we were a half hour early . Contact the site and they said we didn't have early check in. The code was a 10 number pin but a random one that took sometime to remember. trash cans looked like they had maintenance debris in them. The kitchen had tons of randomness. many kitchen utensils but no a lot of useful ones. the right front burner on the stove didn't work, no plastic cups for pool use and only 3 spoons for a place that sleeps 5. the can opener worked like your Swiss army knife. like another reviewer we had 2 fewer towels than people. I contacted the site 3 times and they responded to me but towels never came. on day 4, I saw a condo staff worker who was nice enough and said he would bring me towels and never did. after we were 2 hours on the road checked out they texted and asked if I received my towels. the cleanliness was lacking in most areas except the dining room and kitchen. my son had a comforter he refused to use due to its presentation. there were no spices, no coffee filters, no salt and pepper. we tend to bring seasonings and extra paper products but still no coffee filters. The positives are, nice dining room table to eat and play games on. the balcony was nice for morning coffee and for drying towels. the proximity to the beach was perfect and the outside pools were nice. Close to food, attractions, and stores. a little inventory and paint would go a long way. We did have a great trip none the less.
