Elegant, yet comfortable describes this corner unit, oceanfront condo at St. Simons Island Beach Club. Gorgeous ocean views can be seen from the living, dining, and bedroom areas. This unit has two balconies. Relax on the balcony off the living room and enjoy the spectacular ocean view. Enjoy lunch or dinner on the side balcony and watch the tide come in. This balcony is accessible from the dining room and both bedrooms.

The custom designed, fully-equipped, kitchen features natural maple cabinetry with black granite counter-tops, tiled floor, and a spacious dining area. The large living area is tastefully decorated in soothing, seaside neutrals; it has a large screen TV and features a comfy sofa that converts to a bed. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, cable TV, and whimsical décor. The guest bath includes a tub/shower combo. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, cable TV, high-speed wireless internet, and a writing desk. The adjoining bath includes a double-sink vanity, garden tub, and separate shower. Amenities include: Beautifully landscaped grounds, 24 hour security, pool, outdoor hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center, business center, and more.

Our first visit St Simons and it was awesome.The unit was very clean and inviting, decorated very tastefully. The owner suggested place for us to visit, resturants etc. You must try Dolce Dough. Pastry Shop. We ate at Mullet Bay Resturant 3 nights. Very good food. We did not cook in however the unit has everything to make meals and plenty of dishes to serve it.

We lived on stay in the condo and St Simons. Everything was just as described. Beautiful view, wonderful family location.Questions we had were answered immediately and lots of additional info provided about the island which made the stay easier.

Amazing Week!

Beautiful views from the living / dining rooms and both the master and second bedroom. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony! Since I was working I used the dining room table and had perfect ocean views. The area has great restaurants and wonderful people. We are already planning our next visit!

Relaxing week

We went for Spring Break with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 yr old granddaughter. It was a beautiful location with an absolutely gorgeous view. It’s an easy, short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. It’s so convenient to restaurants and shopping. We loved walking everywhere but you can drive as well. Check in was easy and the host is excellent! We are looking forward to coming back!

Fabulous Stay

Lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath condo oceanfront. The condo was exactly like pictured. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Our host Pat was very responsive. Loved having the front balcony and side balcony. Great when you wanted sun or needed shade. Very comfortably furnished. Also appreciated the luggage and grocery carts for checking in and out. We loved our stay there for 5 nights and wished it had been longer.

The view!

We just returned from three lovely weeks on St. Simons Island, during which we made Beach Club 330 our home. The views from both balconies were amazing. We loved our daily beach walks and birdwatching. Pat was a gracious host who provided us with ideas for side trips, many of which we took. The unit was clean, well furnished, and we fully utilized the well-equipped kitchen. Perfect in all ways!

Great getaway spot

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The condo is very clean and exactly as pictured. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony, perfect for a relaxing morning coffee. Check in/out process couldn’t be easier.

Loved St Simon's Island

It was our first time visiting this area. We loved it. It really is just beautiful. The condo was excellent. Over equipped kitchen. Very comfortable couch, chairs, bed. The balconies were great. There was sun in the am oceanfront and later in the day on the other balcony on the side. Best of both worlds. We slept extremely well-the bed, bedding and pillows were super comfortable. Very important! The grounds were very nicely landscaped and spotless. Pool was beautiful and we spent every day there. It is not heated which was a bummer but we new that ahead of time. My husband did go in but I could not. Absolutely beautiful beach. We rode our bikes all over town. Such a great area. We are hoping to go back again next year and would love to stay in the same condo again.

Two balconies with wonderful ocean views. One gets morning sun and one afternoon sun. It is disappointing the pool isn’t heated but it is a gorgeous pool. This unit is nicely decorated and well equipped. The host was very excellent to work with.we enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful view with Two porches

Easy booking should have explained the stay. Beautiful view from both porches and the living spaces. It rained our whole stay but luckily the covered parking was available. The artwork is a little dated but if that’s all we could chuckle about then it was definitely worth the stay. Wheelchairs would struggle but canes and crutches and walkers would be fine as it has elevators. There was a vase of dead flowers and soda on the door of the refrigerator but everything else was spotless. We 100% will stay here again.

Wonderful condo with a great view from 2 balconies

The property was clean and very relaxing. Everyone from owners to other renters were kind and helpful. Plenty of local shops and restaurants. My only suggestion would be to replace the mattress in the master suite. It had a dip in the center so we felt like we were sleeping on a hill. Everything else was fabulous!

Would rent again

The wonderful: ocean views could not have been any better - perfection both front and sides! Condo was spacious and comfortable. Beach Club grounds were gorgeous and location was perfect for access to beach, Massangale park, quick ride into village, east beach. Great having bike rental on the property. Rent a bike and keep the car parked. Bathrooms were spacious and garden tub was nice. Beds comfortable. The Not as Wonderful: Be aware this condo does not have direct outside access - its like a hotel, elevator to long hall, which needed some updating like new carpet and paint ( I did overhear some talk this is being planned-inside building showing its age). The condo furniture is quite worn in the living area and condo could have been much cleaner -we found coke cans and trash under sofa and we had a small bug problem which mgt immediately addressed and we had no further problems with bugs at all. Parking garage is TIGHT SPACE. If you have an SUV you will have to probably park outside the gargage - unload and then park. If you have cars to each side of you its extremely difficult to even open your door enough to get out of the car. Luckily, after the weekend there were fewer guests and we were able to take a space and a half to get in and out (as did most).

Great location, but some issues

We rented the condo for six nights a few weeks ago. Great location- beautiful beach with wonderful tide pools and not too crowded. Nice pool and hot tubs. Love that the Beach Club property has umbrellas and chairs to rent on the beach each day. The Club staff are very good about making sure that only guests and owners access the property. The condo was a little out-dated and smaller than we thought from the pictures, but clean and cozy. There were four of us on this trip- I wouldn't suggest more than four staying here. The wifi connection was terrible, which is important for me because I had to do some work on this trip. The owner and property manager were very responsive and tried to help, but ultimately they couldn't get the wifi to work consistently (would get kicked off of email on my laptop and the connection was too slow to use the internet most of the time). I saw that this was a problem in previous reviews, but it was supposed to have been fixed/updated. The oven display lights were broken, so it was difficult to cook. The dishwasher broke on our second-to-last night, so there was some minor flooding in the kitchen- we think the drain was clogged, but it was pouring water on the floor and we had to clean it and keep towels out all night to stop the water. Because we were at the end of our trip, we opted to just stay and hand-wash our dishes. Also, we found a very large (alive) roach or palmetto bug under the kitchen sink, but I think these bugs are common on the island and come with the territory, unfortunately. The owner and property manager made it up to us and were very apologetic for the issues we had. I think if they update the appliances and get the wifi working properly, this property will be much better for renters.
