This family friendly apartment is located in a quiet cul de sac, on the outskirts of the resort Medulin. Thanks to its convenient location, all facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants and beaches are within a 15-minute walk. (By car about 5 min)
The approximately 55sqm apartment has an open plan living area with kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom and a spacious terrace with garden.
The well-equipped kitchen has u. a. over an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The living room has a large, pull-out sofa bed and satellite TV. An additional retreat or sleeping can be found on the large terrace, which thanks to the wide sliding glass wall can be closed as desired and used as a winter garden.
In our idyllic garden with generous barbecue facilities, you can relax and enjoy the Mediterranean scent of your own herb garden.
The highlight of the property is the large, well maintained pool with outdoor shower. Refresh yourself on the hot summer days and relax on the pool terrace on our pool chairs.
The adjacent, spacious meadow offers undisturbed play and exercise options. Directly at the house is a large, paved parking lot.

The beautiful beaches and beautiful bays in and around Medulin offer you the numerous bathing possibilities. The crystal-clear sea and the expansive plateaux along the "Park Suma" (Park Forest) are waiting for you and invite you to swim as well as the large sandy beach Bjieca, which has been awarded the environmental award for particularly clean water and sustainable tourism (Blue Flag).
A few kilometers to the east, you will encounter smaller, sometimes wild beaches (also suitable for dogs) and bathing rocks, where you can enjoy quiet and relaxing hours.
For active vacationers the Medulin Riviera offers a wide range of different sports and recreational opportunities - diving & snorkeling, wind & kitesurfing, nautical & sailing or boat rentals.
A nearby amusement park and well-developed Cartbahn offer recreational opportunities for a special kick.
Well-developed bicycle and mountain bike routes as well as numerous hiking trails invite you to get to know the region in the Nebensesaion and to enjoy the Mediterranean nature outside of the high summer.
