Large six bedroom home available on all-sport Murray Lake with a beautiful view of the sunset.

Close to Grand Rapids, this is a perfect escape for a group get-away or a large family vacation.

Fully stocked kitchen with with two refrigerators, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cookware and dishes to accommodate 18 guests. Outdoor grill, picnic table, patio set and firepit.

Private dock and sandy beach. Bring your fishing gear and throw out your line from the dock or bring along your own motor boat and spend the day out fishing.
**Dock will be in the water April 15 through September 18.

Clean and well furnished. There were 10 adults and everyone enjoyed the location and the facilities. We especially liked the large kitchen where we could all sit together. Hope to repeat our visit next year.

This was our 3rd year staying at this property and it was perfect as always! Lots of room, close to everything we wanted to see and do and very relaxing. We love the location and the beautiful sunsets! We will be back again next year for sure. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Family Gathering

This house was in great condition. Water is right at the end of the yard with a small sand area for the kids to play. Plenty of rooms/beds for a big group. Very easy and would be glad to stay here again.

It's a lovely house in a beautiful setting. The lake is very clean making kayaking very enjoyable. Instructions on getting there were a little confusing. Our host Karen communicated quickly and thoroughly which we really appreciated. We would definitely go back!

The Groom’s Merry Men

The guys had so much fun talking, playing board games and enjoying the view. When the Father of the groom found out we’d be staying on a lake, he was very impressed. Price was added bonus.

Perfect stay!

We had a fun weekend at this house for the 2nd year in a row. It’s so nice how perfectly the house is laid out and the lake is very peaceful. We were attending a racing event at Grattan Raceway. The house is clean well appointed with everything we need and we especially love having 2 refrigerators in the kitchen since we all love to bring food and cook! We also loved being able to use the kayaks. We’re hoping to come back again next year!

Week Long Vacation with 12 People

Our family of 12 had a great time. The property is well suited for a lot people. We had plenty of room. Large and well stocked kitchen was perfect for our group. We could easily dock a boat and jetski and still had plenty of area for the kids to play in the sandy bottom water. We would definitely return here if we're back in the area.

Amazing stay on Murray Lake

This property was more than enough space for 8 adults and 5 kids under 9. The amenities were amazing. Our kids used kayaks and the paddle board and played in the sandy beach. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes and cookware! Murray Lake is beautiful for swimming and kayaking! All of the rooms were very quiet and had loads of beds for families.

Basketball Weekend

This property was great . We travel to the area for a basketball tournament, the home was great for 5 families. We had no issues at all , beach front property was beautiful. It gave us time to relax away from the court. You must check this place out!!

Dance Mom Getaway

We had a dance comp in nearby Belding. It was a late decision and hotel availability was scarce. Took the chance to find a retreat for about 12 of us. Murray Lake was perfect. Though our comp ended up being scheduled on one day, we chose to make a weekend out of it. The kids enjoyed time outside and playing games while mom’s spent some QT together not doing hair or makeup 🙌 The house is beautiful! Fully stocked, PLENTY of room; loved that every room had a fan! My only recommendation for future large groups is to carpool where possible. Parking was total fine but 6 large SUVs spaced between the steep drive and the parking up top was tight (but totally doable). We could have but it didn’t cross our minds. We totally made it work! We can’t wait to come back for a longer trip!

Family gathered for 2024 Graduation!

Great place to host family for Graduation Weekend. Multiple families arrived from out of state and we had a great weekend together. We used all 6 Bedrooms For adults. Used both fridges for food and drinks then cooked breakfast and dinner for the group.

Wonderful weekend getaway

My family and I had a great time on Murray Lake for a weekend in October. Even though the weather didn't cooperate as well as I'd hoped, we still made the most of our time. We loved playing with the variety of board and card games, drawing, sitting by the lake and enjoying each other's company. On our last day we even got the chance to enjoy some kayaking on the lake! The home is very roomy, has 3 bathrooms which was perfect for our party and is one of the cleanest vacation homes we've stayed in. The kitchen is also very well stocked with utensils, plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. Thanks to Karen for her kindness and excellent communication. My father already asked to look into booking the home again soon :) Highly recommend this property!

Fall Fishing

Everything was very clean, furniture, kitchen appliances, supplies, cookware all good quality and plentiful. Baths with nice quality linens, toweling and amenities. Exterior well maintained & furnished with good quality chairs, tables, grill etc. Lots of outdoor games, fishing, equipment,etc. All in all a quality property, very nice owner. I would have no problem highly recommending this property.
