Wonderful condo, spacious with high end furnishings and appliances. It was beautiful. The patio can't be beat, a wonderful view of the ocean at all times complete with a sea breeze. The resort has very pools and landscaped grounds. The shopping plaza and supermarket across the street are super convenient. The location in Kapaa makes it easy to explore the north and south shores. We loved our stay.

Beautiful Vacation in Paradise

Our stay was beyond perfect. The property was beautifully maintained with space for the whole family. The sunrise views were next level. We would LOVE to come back someday.

This is a wonderful property with the best view on the island. We really enjoyed the stay here, the location was great, the accommodations were great but the view from the lanai was fabulous! Great beach, fun pool.

Best location on the beach

From the beach front Lanai we could see whales, enjoy people watching, and a stones throw from Oasis On The Beach restaurant. I don’t have words to describe the beauty. We’ll be back.

Most Magical Place we have ever been

I can't say enough or describe how magical Kauai was. And to wake up and look out at the beach and see the sunrise from the comfort of our place at Waipouli Beach Resort was one for the books. The place had all the amenities, was super clean, comfortable, and in our eyes the very best place for all age groups. One of my favorite things was having my coffee from our patio in the morning watching the sunrise and/ or see the whales. Pure Magic and Sunshine, we would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful unit!

Definitely the best unit in the resort! Felt like we had a private lanai overlooking and few steps to the ocean! Unit was clean and had everything we needed. We even asked for additional pans and got them right away! Great time… will be back and reserve this place again! Also, the chocolates upon arrival were delicious!

Perfect spot on Kauai

This property is amazing. The space is set up so well, with bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment. But who cares about that when you spend 95% of your time on the gorgeous patio watching the sunrise over the ocean? This location rules! It was halfway between everything… half an hour from the north shore, half an hour from the south. We cannot wait to come back!!

Best condo on the property. Amazing sunrise views and we enjoyed our time sitting on the various patios just steps from the water. Only downside to this unit is the air conditioning. You cannot enjoy the breeze from outside because the air shuts off when doors are open. It also didn’t seem that we truly had control of the thermostat because the temperature never changed regardless of what we set it at.

Exceptional stay

We had the very best stay at this unit! It’s an incredible location at the resort, overlooking the beach with amazing sunsets. The unit itself is split Floorplan, and great for families. Everything worked well (except the hood fan), and there were items to get you started off on your vacation. I think we were supposed to receive chocolates as there was a note referencing them, but I think it was forgotten. We really didn’t mind though because we were so pleased with everything else. We had a fantastic trip to Kauai :)

Waipouli Beach Resort

The property was very nice. Could use updating somewhat. The windows need to be replaced and the screen doors are in bad shape. In one bedroom the screen door fell off when we opened it. In the other bedroom one of the lights above the bed did not work you could not turn the switch. Best unit in the whole facility. Location was incredible. The property was well maintained. Parking was adequate. Would stay there again.

Thank you for the nice review. We are in the process of replacing windows, however, due to the supply chain crisis, we have been waiting for months for them to be shipped to the island. Our screen door rollers and screens have been replaced since your stay.

The BEST condo on the property!

Beautiful oceanfront condo! You just walk out and there is the ocean. This place has everything we needed for our family of four. High end space directly next to the Oasis restaurant and the pool entry which we went to every day. Watched the sunrise in the a.m. and the colors of the sunset glow in the p.m. I think everyone walking in front of us sitting on the lanai was jealous. Worth every penny. One thing I would wish for is beach towels were not provided. Thank you Elke and Waipouli! I will always try to rent this perfect spot whenever Kauai calls. Mahalo!

Highly recommend!

We stayed in this unit as a family of 4, kids ages 11 and 14. It was ideal with its two bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The unit is on the first floor overlooking the ocean. The location is very special! There is a large patio outside the living room and second bedroom. There is also a small patio off the master. We spent a lot of time on the patios enjoying the ocean view. It’s a perfect spot for watching the sunrise. The kitchen is well stocked. As a heads up, there isn’t a coffee starter kit. There is a large grocery store across the street. Also, the shave ice shop across the street is our favorite! Our family truly enjoyed staying here.

Beautiful View

This condo is beautiful! It’s the perfect location - only steps to the beach, near the pool and the restaurant/bar, but still quiet and relaxing. The condo met all of the needs of my family of five. We enjoyed our coffee on the patio watching the sun rise each morning, swimming in the pool each day after our excursions, and a delicious meal at the restaurant our last night. We would definitely recommend and return to this property in the future.

Our first visit to Kauai couldn’t have been better!

The experience here was amazing! The beautiful surroundings, view, amenities and access to all sides of the island made this choice ideal! We started our trip at a different location and ended our vacation here! Would love to book the whole time here next time! Absolutely loved our stay!!!
