*The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY of this 3-bedroom unit is 8 people at all times. This includes adults, children, infants, and overnight guests.

Nestled inside this stunning newly redesigned condo with its light and airy modern decor you will feel yourself relax immediately. Open the glass doors in the living room to let the tropical breezes in as you unwind or take a coffee outside on the lanai to enjoy the spectacular ocean views. You will be welcomed by high end furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the amenities you will need for dining at home.

This gorgeous condo offers three spacious light and airy bedrooms with a king bed in the first bedroom and the second bedroom offers a queen bed. The third bedroom also has a new king bed! There are ceiling fans and lots of storage space for all your belongings. The two upgraded bathrooms have beautiful walk in showers and oversize counter space.

The property offers accommodations for up to 8 guests. The living room comes equipped with two couches and one of which is a new queen size pullout couch. Enjoy your own huge private lanai while drinking your morning coffee, afternoon tea, or evening glass of wine while watching the gorgeous red, orange, pink and blue hues of a breathtaking Hawaiian sunset. You may never want to leave.   

There are beach chairs, beach umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels available to use.

This oceanfront complex offers full gazing out at the azure waters of the Pacific Ocean.

The complex offers an oceanfront pool and a library on the second floor. Venture up to the rooftop garden and enjoy the BBQ's (available for your use), and the breathtaking ocean views.

The Royal Mauian is located on Maui’s most pristine beaches, Kamaole I and II. Just steps from the complex you will find restaurants, shopping, health food stores, snorkel rentals and a surf school.

Great host with great communication. The unit had everything we needed (towels, beach chairs, toys, etc) plus more. Clean unit and right on the beach! Close to shops and restaurants. Would stay again for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Royal Mauian condo. Very comfortable and a great location in Kihei allowing us to walk to lots of restaurants and beaches. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable, great location, well equipped

This 3-br condo was perfect for our family with 5 adults and a toddler. Very convenient to be able to walk to the beach and to shopping. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for beach fun, and the kitchen had all the right tools! Property management was attentive and helped us facilitate renting necessary items (Crib, high chair, bathtub) for the baby. Loved our stay!

Perfect getaway!!

We were in Maui for our daughter’s wedding and this location was perfect for us. Saw turtles every day, beach was great and very happy with the condo. There was a feisty rooster visiting us every day as we were on the ground floor. Was a great vacation but was too short.

Location!

Really enjoyed ground level and beach right out front. It’s hard to find three bedroom condos and this Unit fit the bill. Well equipped unit including beach chairs and stuff… Nice protection from the June afternoon winds with a great sunset view…. Close to nice restaurants and walking distance to most anything! Management is off site, so you have to call for any needs but they were very attentive.

Good location

We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, and beaches. This also means lots of road noise. The pool is very lackluster but the grounds are lovely. Spotted several sea turtles and humpback whales, and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. The condo itself is tired and needs updating. The sheets would not stay on the mattress during the night so every morning the bottom sheet would be crumpled and pulled away. Not a huge thing, but an annoyance.

Ideal location, great hosts

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hosts were very quick to reply, excellent communication. Pest control did come by but that was unannounced and scared the kids. Not sure if the host was aware or if it was scheduled. Not a big deal and everyone was very nice and respectful, just some advanced warning would have helped.Location is excellent! Ground floor, easy to walk to the beach.All beds comfortable, couch was very comfortable. Nothing is ever perfect, but this place is as close as you can get! I would not hesitate to return.The only improvement I would make- one of those roomba vacuum/mop robots. Of course it's near impossible to keep tile floors clean being next to a beach. But first day walked around barefoot and feet ended up quite dirty. Again, not a complaint as much as a consideration for a small upgrade to make the place absolutely perfect. And that would help out the housekeeper after guests if they track sand in. Was very nice having the beach umbrella, chairs, cooler, and boogie board.Next time we visit Maui, I will try to book this same place, was absolutely a gem.

Location has pros and cons

Pros: 3 br unit is rare. Plenty of space. Nice layout. Lovely ground floor view of ocean and access to beach. Cons: Right next to the street. Lots of street noise. Somewhat chaotic area of town with lots of tourists, prople living in their cars along the road outside the unit. A tent stashed in the bushes right outside the unit. At least one person with possible mental health issues hanging out near the unit and yelling all night on one of tge nights. Roosters living in the brush right outside the unit that start crowing at 2am and continue all day. Overall a beautiful location and the property management was lovely and hughly responsive. Unfortunately tgere were downsides to the location they had no control over. I would probably stay there again but would lower my expectations a bit.

Perfect location

This condo property sits on a rock outcropping that divides one of Maui's best beaches. We loved to walk over to the beach for a swim and even more enjoyed watching the turtles in the rocks out front. The unit fit our family perfectly.
