Enjoy awesome ocean views from almost every room in this ocean front, three bedroom, 1126 square feet, fabulous unit! Living room, dining room, kitchen, Master bedroom and second Master offer 'front row' spectacular views of the Blue Pacific, West Maui mountains, Maalaea Bay and the islands of Kahoolawe and Lana'i. From this condo witness the beauty and serenity of the setting sun. Listen for the soft sounds of the Conch shell announcing sunset. Fall asleep listening to the calm, rhythmic sounds of the ocean waves.

Maui's beauty is everywhere and viewed DIRECTLY for this condo without any obstructions, such as other resorts, condos or hotels. This unit has it all including DELUXE CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING with SEPARATE THERMOSTATS in EVERY ROOM. No noisy window units here. Just cool, quiet comfort. The gorgeous views, granite, tile and marble appointments, HDTV in the living room and wall mounted flat screens in each of the three bedrooms add luxury to easy living.

The sandy beach is just outside the door and stretches for miles to the north and south of the building. The building sits in front of the ancient Hawaiian fishpond of King Kamehameha and is registered historical site. The relatively calm, warm waters of the pond make for a wonderful swimming and snorkeling experience for children and adults alike. Exciting wind and kite surfing action, monk seal, sea turtles and wintering humpback whales are visible directly from the condo. The rooftop deck, complete with Weber gas grills, picnic tables and lounge chairs offer a sweeping 360 degree view of the ocean, Mt Haleakala and south shore of Maui. The property grounds are manicured and immaculately maintained. Swim in the heated pool or access a small public swimming beach from the pool side gate.

Located in the heart of Kihei, Menehune Shores central location offers easy travel travel to six world class golf courses, the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium and Maalaea Harbor. The wailea Resort hotels, shops and restaurants are just 20 minutes away. The historic seaport of Lahaina is a mere 30 minutes to the north. Kahului Aiport is 15-20 minutes from the property.

Walking into 3 Bed 2 Bath Oceanfront condo is stepping onto a wanderous tropical experience! Lanai was comfortable and the ocean view beautiful. The host was amazing in that they allowed a very late check out for no additional cost. Only issue was the AC did not cool the rooms. It was pretty warm on most days. Location is right on the water but was not our favorite beach. Plan to go to other locations.

Well appointed condo, especially the kitchen and activity cupboard, in a centrally located area of Maui. Very well kept grounds including the pool. Also, the protected swim area and beach in front of the complex is wonderful for kids to swim without having to navigate strong waves.

Family trip

Linda's place renewed my faith in vrbo. Last few trips were not the greatest. Not linda's place. Building and grounds were impectable. The view of the sunset was amazing.It was pleasent to walk into a clean well appointed condo.The only slight drawback the ac loud and makes the lanai hot.

Adult Family Vacation

The condo looks exactly like the pictures and is beautifully situation right on the ocean. We were a family of 6 adults and the condo was comfortable with plenty of space. We used the pool, the rooftop patio, and swam at the beach that is right there. With the stones as a water break, the waves were never too high and it was nice to throw a ball around in the water and swim.Communication with the condo owner was great and she always responded in a timely manner. The condo had a large cooler and a smaller insulated cooler bag which we made us of, and a full kitchen if you plan to cook. We loved having the dishwasher and the washer/dryer.Overall a really great stay and would definitely stay again - thanks!

Unbelievable view!!

The view was the best part of this property! The building and grounds were beautiful and really gave that Hawaiian feeling. The beach was just footsteps away and we could view turtles and whales right from the balcony. Overall the interior had everything we needed but is in need of updates. As a group we did discuss that we would stay here again in the future. Aloha

Great for families with kids

We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the attached Kalepolepo beach was perfect for small children. Comfortable accommodation in a great location. We would definitely book here again.

Perfect Maui getaway spot

We had a fantastic time at this location. The unit is spacious with all the needed amenities. Communication with the owner was easy when needed. The pool and beach are excellent. Not a bad thing to say about this place. We would go back here in an instant!

Relaxing and True Hawaii

Clean and comfortable. Beautiful decor and Ocean View spectacular. This was a family vacation and we loved this place! Sleeping with the magical sound of ocean waves! The condo was spacious as well as the lanai. This property is well maintained and staff is friendly.

20th Anniversary & Birthday

It was AMAZING!!! Very Clean, LOVED the condo & beach area. It was our first visit to Maui, Hawaii and it was absolutely wonderful. We were staying for our 20th Anniversary in May 2024 and our best friends were celebrating birthday! It was ideal location! Would highly recommend and we would definitely be back!

Great place amd location for the price

Unit was in a great location with a beautiful view. Very reasonable price. The unit needs some upgrades especially to the A/C units. They really struggled to cool the unit off. One side of the toaster didnt work and the other side barely worked. AAllAlloooootherotherappliances were fine.

Great Stay

The condo is lovely! A little dated, but very clean and comfortable. The view is amazing! The unit had everything we needed: from beach chairs and umbrellas to all kitchen utensils. Location is great and very convenient - it’s right on a very calm beach and just minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. Plenty of parking on site, and we never had issues finding a spot. The only drawback was the fact that the pool was closed for scheduled maintenance for 7 days out of our 9 days stay, and we did not receive any communication about it from the property manager - we just saw signs about the closure posted all over the property when we got there, while it would have been very helpful to know in advance, since we were looking forward to using the pool during our stay. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this condo!

Cute Condo, Great Beaches Close To The South

This was a great pick for my family with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Kihei is a great area of the island to visit and stay in. We loved heading south to the amazing beaches we read about in our travel guide, like Big Beach to name one. Also, the kitchen was great to prep meals in. The A/C unit on the front porch made it a bit uncomfortable sitting next to the hot air blowing out of it... it was only comfortable sitting on the porch when A/C was not needed inside. Only problem we had was with the main coffee table in the living room. It's a large block of wood about 50 pounds possibly that was only resting on the legs, they were not attached. My daughter pulled the table towards her early in our stay and the top of the table slid off of the legs and onto her foot. I'd recommend getting that switched out or attached firmly so no other guests would have the same issue. Overall, an amazing place to stay! We had a great time, thank you!

Excellent location and family property!

We were pleased with the location and easy access to everything. The protected waters were great to play in and see turtles regularly. Though you couldn’t jump in waves there. It was easy to access the beach to the edges of the property, though! The rental had everything we needed in the kitchen. The deck was a little on the warm side and a little noisy with the AC unit outside. The AC kept us decently cooled but couldn’t get down to our normal inside temp in the living room area. It was okay, though. The three bedrooms worked very well for a family! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful view & a great location

The view from two of the bedrooms and living room was breathtaking!! We got to enjoy the sunset every night from the lanai. Only 20 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes away from Ululani’s shaved ice, and just 5 minutes from a Safeway. Amenities were also great! The rooftop is a great place to see the sunset. 10/10 recommend and will definitely book again for a future visit.

the view is amazing

I highly recommend this condo. We had enough space for 6 adults staying for 10 days. We loved eating and sitting on the lanai evey morning and evening. The view is amazing from here and the roof top. We would watch the sunset from the roof and we even seen whales in the distance. We were only 2.5 miles from several great restaurants Kihei. Communication with Linda was fast and easy. I would highly recommend this condo.

Fabulous Place

We LOVED it! The bay was quiet and not too deep so it was perfect for all ages! It is a nice central location so easy to drive to Paia or Ka'anapoli for the day. We spend many days in Kihei as well. The VRBO was perfect and we could literally hear the ocean waves from our bedrooms. It was beautiful and I have already recommended it to friends!

Good spot for a family vacay

Amazing view to wake up to. Good beaches right out your door. OK pool. Unit is dated and some things didn’t work that well (e.g. freezer, shower, vacuum). Loved having 3 bedrooms and single beds for the kids. Great to have a kitchen and washer dryer. Overall a good stay.

Enjoyed first Hawaii trip but…

I will look for a different place to stay in next time I visit. Positive’s -Two of the three bedrooms face the ocean so the view is nice when waking up. There are plenty of pots, pans and dishes-lots of beach towels-The host was very nice Negative’s-two master beds are really uncomfortable, and hard as a rock. -The comforter in the master is dingy and has holes. -The sheets were peeling. -I changed my sheets and a crispy bug fell out- A pillow case in the room with the two twin beds smelled horrible like it had been slept in (maybe the pillow) - behind the beds and furniture is dusty and ignored when cleaning. -The main shower did not warm up or have good pressure -The floors felt gross upon arrival. We all take our shoes off in the house so we noticed it right away. -We ended up having a cockroach infestation which gave me the heebie-jeebies, I didn’t sleep well because of this (and the hard bed) The host said they bomb every few months to keep them out but in my opinion that should be happening more often so they don’t pop up on guests.I saw a total of 5 live ones all different sizes and two dead ones in the closet and under the bed.I did notify the host and she had some roach bait dropped off, that helped. I had to wash 3 suitcases full of clothes and spray them out when I returned home to assure I didn’t bring and roaches home. The host did try her best to accommodate the situation. Location was decent, but not great.

Beautiful sunsets from the balcony!

Condo was super nice! We had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen had all the cookware and amenities you could ask for. We woke up to a big window looking out over the ocean. Balcony was great for beautiful sunsets. Wish we could have stayed longer. Linda was great to work with. She answered questions we had immediately. Would highly recommend!
