The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for meals at home, plus a coffee and spice starter kit. The private balcony overlooks the canal—perfect for morning coffee or a sunset drink.

Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel at least 7 days before check in, you'll receive a 50% refund. If you cancel with 7 days of check in, no refund will be sent.
