Welcome to our spacious two bedroom, two and one-half bath villa located in Sea Pines Plantation. The villa is in a serene and tranquil setting bordering the famous Harbour Town Links golf course, one of the most distinguished PGA courses and home of the Heritage Golf Tournament. We are also a short walk from the Sea Pines Racquet Center which is under the direction of U.S. Olympic Men’s Coach and former U.S. Open and Wimbledon Champion Stan Smith. Sea Pines Racquet Club has grown into a premier resource for enthusiasts of the game.

A beautiful pool is just outside our sliding glass back patio door, and a leisure path for bicycling, running or strolling is a few steps from our front door. The lighted paved paths will take you to—the beaches, Heron Point and Ocean Course golf, the interesting shops, light house, entertainment and restaurants of Harbour Town, the nature preserve, Lawton Stables, the picturesque South Beach Marina, and the famous Salty Dog restaurant. In addition, in season, a trolley will transport visitors to the Sea Pines Beach. The interior is attractively furnished, well equipped, comfortable and meticulously maintained. We never permit smoking or pets in our villa, so the atmosphere inside is crisp and clean.

You have a limited view of the famous Harbour Town Links golf course, and are no more than a 5 minute walk to FAMOUS HARBOUR TOWN with its Lighthouse. we are also located on the sea pines trolley, which will take you to the beach or other areas of SEA PINES at no charge stops at the entrance of our complex.(trolley operates in summer months only)

POOL: (no access fees)has had a major upgrade in 2016, there is no better or bigger pool in SEA PINES, it is surrounded by live oaks, tropical landscaping, comfortable lounge chairs, on site restrooms, outdoor shower and wifi availability for our guests. it is possible to arrange chairs where there is sun, shade or partial sun. pool toys are available for your use. children (and some adults as well) enjoy riding their bicycles to the pool and parking them in the bike racks. pool is conveniently located near the VILLA mailboxes.

TENNIS: Adjacent to HERITAGE VILLAS, just a short walk to the SEA PINES RACQUET CLUB -- the state-of-the-art tennis facility at the sea pines resort and home to SMITH STEARNS HILTON HEAD TENNIS ACADEMY-- has grown into a premier resource for tennis enthusiasts. with a wide selection of teaching clinics and instructional programs, it's easy to see why tennis magazine ranked this world-class Hilton head island tennis resort as one of America's top destinations.

BEACH: 15 minutes by bike to THE SEA PINES BEACH CLUB. A NEW TROLLEY STOP NEW TROLLEY STOP HAS BEEN ADDED ADJACENT TO HERITAGE VILLAS. we even provide beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas. this is priceless for our guests traveling by plane. really, all you need to do is enjoy your sea pines resort vacation! sea pines really is a destination vacation .enjoy the inviting ocean front retreat completed summer 2014 at sea pines beach club. if you prefer to rent chairs and an umbrella, Shore Beach Rentals

TROLLEY IN SEA PINES: The trolley offers you an easy, convenient way to travel around Sea Pines and visit your favorite locations. Closest trolley stop (about 2 minutes from our villa) is The Shoppes at Sea Pines Center. Take advantage of this complimentary service that operates 10AM to 11PM during the summer. Hours of operation varies during other seasons.

BIKING: Welcome to 20 miles of bike trails winding throughout this beautiful community and connecting every major activity area within the SEA PINES . these paths will lead to such sites such as the forest preserve, Lawton stables, HARBOUR TOWN, SEA PINES CENTER, SEA PINES BEACH CLUB, SEA PINES CLUB, STONEY-BAYNARD RUINS and SOUTH BEACH MARINA VILLAGE.
