BEACH HOUSE DESCRIPTION & AMENITIES:
We would like to invite you to spend your vacation at our private oasis, tucked away by the ocean shore. Bella Villa is a delightful home-away-from-home, steps away from the secluded sands of the North End of Virginia Beach and only a two-mile drive (or walk) to the fun and activities at the infamous Virginia Beach Boardwalk.

This beautifully furnished and privately-owned beach home is STEPS AWAY FROM THE BEACH. You do not need to cross the road - the house is ON THE OCEANSIDE...so very safe and convenient with small children. The home captures the ambiance and charm of a private shore getaway and authentic beach living with luxurious decor.

Spacious and ideal for families with children, couples, and small group retreats, there is always something new to discover at Bella Villa. Listen to the sounds of the ocean from the back deck, enjoy a fun barbecue in the private, fenced-in backyard sanctuary, relax in the refreshing outdoor shower after a sunny day at the beach. Lovely and tasteful with comfortable furniture and new appliances. There is also an extensive, curated book and movie library for your entertainment, and we welcome you to use our beach equipment, beach cart, surfboard, boogie boards and toys during your time on the beach.

An added bonus is the highly-rated and award-winning First Landing State Park, complete with trails, bike paths and lakes, located only one block away from the beach house. A must-see. And don't miss the massage institute and organic cafe at the Edgar E. Caycee campus, only five blocks away.

MAIN FLOOR:
Completely renovated (April 2024), fully-stocked eat-in kitchen (with new floors, cabinets, appliances & fixtures), formal dining room, living room, utility room with washer/dryer, and junior primary bedroom with queen bed and private full bathroom. There is a main entrance but also two other doors, one leading to the outdoor shower, in the side yard, and the other leading to the deck & private yard.

SECOND FLOOR:
Large primary bedroom suite with private full bathroom, 2 more bedrooms and an additional full bathroom in the hall.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES:
-New hardwood floors downstairs and new wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs and in the downstairs bedroom.
-Each bathroom comes with a tub/shower.
-TVs are provided in the living room and in ALL FOUR of the bedrooms. Basic cable is included.
-The kitchen includes a microwave, toaster over, coffee machine and all cookware, stemware and flatware you could ever need. The dining room china cabinet holds platters, wine glasses and other dishes you may need for a more formal dinner.
-Complimentary Internet throughout the house.
-Central air conditioning and gas heat.
-Washer & Dryer.

OUTDOORS:
-Outside shower, storage shed with beach equipment.
-Yard is fenced all around for additional privacy.
-Four designated parking spots out front.
-Gas grill provided for your enjoyment.

*We rent SATURDAY to SATURDAY only.
*The rates include complimentary Internet and basic cable.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. SORRY, NO STUDENTS, NO PETS, NO SMOKERS. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT OUR PROPERTY. IDs will be required.

2. We have strict occupancy restrictions and in NO instance allow more than a total of 9 people to stay out our home. There is also a maximum of 5 children. This is specifically outlined in our contract and we reserve the right to verify the number in your party at any time. Misinformation on the total number of people staying at the property is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeit of the payment in its entirety.

3. Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are NOT provided. Please remember to bring your own. We provide pillows and summer blankets only.

4. We are able to provide you with complimentary wireless high speed Internet.

5. This house is a duplex, and we are HOUSE B...in the back, with a private, fenced-in backyard and deck.

6. For your added security, there is a camera placed above the back deck.
