Outdoor private rooftop deck is located at 3rd floor with picnic table and lounge chairs. Great for watching weekly fireworks (see township schedule for exact time and availability) or just plain old relaxing. 2nd floor rear deck space is shared with picnics tables. Please clean up after using the outdoor space.

Outdoor security camera with electronic key-less smart lock for easy access. A new random code for unit access will be generated at every new guest check-in .

*** Guest access
You will have full access to the entire apartment with two parking permit tags good for street parking near the property. Please do not park at Ocean Terrace, on the beach block or city parking lot with the Tag, it's not covered and will be ticketed. Paid parking lot are also available nearby.

The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting.

If you are traveling with big group of friends or family members, there are other units on this property that will accommodate more people. Please contact us for more info.

All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes.

Please note that if any of our policies are violated, you may be asked to leave without refund.

We provide essentials such as bed linen, bath towels and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and other beach essential for beach use.
