As you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious screened-in porch, a true Southern staple. One side features a cozy swing, perfect for lazy afternoons with a book, while the other hosts a set of classic rocking chairs around a table—ideal for sipping morning coffee or enjoying an evening glass of wine while the salty breeze drifts in.

Step inside to find yourself on the first level, where high ceilings and an open-concept design create a bright and airy living space. The comfortably furnished living area invites relaxation, while a charming game table provides a spot for puzzles, cards, or board games. The dining area is perfect for gathering over meals, and the fully equipped kitchen ensures you have everything needed to prepare delicious coastal-inspired dishes.
