On the first floor, you’ll find two inviting queen bedrooms, each with its own private half bath featuring a single vanity and toilet. Between the two bedrooms is a shared rustic-style sunken shower and an additional sink area. Step out to the spacious screened rear porch, where you’ll discover outdoor dining for four and extra lounge seating—an ideal spot to sip a nightcap or enjoy your morning coffee in peace.

Upstairs, the second floor offers a bright and open living space that includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area with seating for six, and a cozy living room for relaxing after a day at the beach. Off this main living area is a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Just beyond the kitchen, step into the true highlight of the home—a generous screened-in porch with an al fresco dining area for six and an Adirondack seating area for four, perfect for sunset dinners or lazy afternoons.

* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $100 per day rental pet fee will be collected, in addition to the flat $150 pet fee, for three-bedroom homes. Pets will not be allowed on furniture.
