On the first floor, youāll find two inviting queen bedrooms, each with its own private half bath featuring a single vanity and toilet. Between the two bedrooms is a shared rustic-style sunken shower and an additional sink area. Step out to the spacious screened rear porch, where youāll discover outdoor dining for four and extra lounge seatingāan ideal spot to sip a nightcap or enjoy your morning coffee in peace.
Upstairs, the second floor offers a bright and open living space that includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area with seating for six, and a cozy living room for relaxing after a day at the beach. Off this main living area is a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Just beyond the kitchen, step into the true highlight of the homeāa generous screened-in porch with an al fresco dining area for six and an Adirondack seating area for four, perfect for sunset dinners or lazy afternoons.
