Premier property on the no drive section of New Smyrna Beach. New owners, new updates, but the same gorgeous views! Give yourself the gift of panoramic oceanfront views at this spacious two bedroom and two bath condo. Our 4th floor, south-facing unit, overlooks the pool and hot tub. It receives the morning sun which is wonderful on cooler days.
We purchased unit 404 in spring 2022, and immediately began renovations. We want to provide you with everything you need to make it your favorite vacation spot!

The unit has new coastal furniture and furnishings throughout, new tile flooring, new paint, new stainless appliances, and plantation shutters. It is ready to make your vacation spectacular!

Ebb Tide is by far one of the most desired complexes on the non-driving portion of NSB. It is a grated community with tropically landscaped grounds. Enjoy the amenities including a sauna, weight room, heated pool, hot tub and pickleball court.

With beautiful sunrises and jaw-dropping sunsets in a luxurious space in the heart of New Smyrna Beach, our beach home has it all and is waiting for you!

Ebb Tide is 5 miles from the beautiful Canaveral National Seashore, the longest stretch of undeveloped Atlantic coastline in Florida. A perfect spot for shell collecting, fishing in the ocean or lagoon, or viewing a rocket launch from nearby Kennedy Space Center. We are only 15 miles south of Daytona Beach and 55 miles east of Orlando, home of Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World.

New Smyrna Beach, the second oldest town in Florida, was voted ‘Best beach in Florida’ by the readers of Florida Monthly Magazine. This charming, friendly community where beach experiences , quaint shops, local pubs and restaurants are plentiful. This warm-hearted surf town offers 13 miles of beach and a historical downtown of yesteryear shops and boutiques. There is so much personality in this unique southern beach town…something for everyone!

Ebb Tide 404 Tips
*You must be 25 years or older to rent this property
*No pets are allowed
*This unit is located on the 4th floor, first unit from the elevator
*Ebb Tide has only 53 units and located on the no drive beach
*Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, sand toys, boogie boards are provided
*Parking allowed for 2 vehicles, one under our assigned carport and the other in the lot. Vehicles must have a parking pass, which will be provided by ET office.

We absolutely loved everything about Ebb Tide. The condo was perfectly located on New Smyrna Beach with a magnificent view from the balcony. It was clean, very comfortable, well stocked and the communication with Lois was wonderful. She went sbove and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, was updated and gave wonderful suggestions about the area and restaurants. We can’t wait to go back and highly recommend.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Great place!

Another great year at NSB

Beautiful condo and great view of the ocean. Easy walk to the beach plenty of beach to walk. Visited a different restaurant every night.

This is a lovely unit with beautiful views. Very clean and very nicely furnished. We definitely had all we needed for a great time. The host was great to work with and was always available.

Amazing Views

Our stay was perfect and the view was amazing. Lois was wonderful to work with and made sure everything was perfect. Our teen boys loved the beach, pool, hot tub, and workout room. We would definitley stay here again!

Amazing Condo Beautiful Views

We loved everything about our stay! The unit was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need to enjoy our week. The location was perfect. The owners were responsive and incredibly helpful and kind. We will be back!

An amazing condo and a wonderful owner!!!

The property was amazing!! It was absolutely above and beyond what we expected!! Lois, the property owner, was so nice and accommodating!! She really appreciated our staying at her condo. She’s been so thoughtful about trying to make sure that visitors have everything they need to enjoy their experience!!! There were snacks and tons of supplies available in the condo! The condo is very clean and has high end finishes, yet it was so cozy and comfortable!!

There were happy oohs and ahhs over this beautiful, comfortable home, as well as the spectacular view of the ocean and beach. The owners are the most wonderful hosts; thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable about NSB, communicating everything we needed to know for the relaxing, fun and delicious time we enjoyed with family. Perfect Beach Getaway

Ebb Tide 404 is awesome and Lois is an amazing host!! She is thoughtful and a great communicator. The unit is extremely well-stocked - the best I’ve ever seen. I’ve stayed in a number of rentals in this area of NSB and Ebb Tide is my preferred location, it’s well kept and convenient. On top of that, this unit is beautifully updated and very comfortable. My husband and I had a relaxing stay and will definitely return.

The Best out of three NSB Visits

This was our third visit to NSB and we picked a real winner. The condo was better than the online pictures. Modern, up-to-date and very well supplied from spices to snacks to paper goods. Three large glass sliding doors to view the ocean and the sound of the waves would lull us to see at night. Thank you to our hosts, Lois and Rod for their attention to detail and being so communicative. Questions answered quickly. Will stay here again definitely.

Oh my!

We just had the most fabulous stay at Lois and Rod’s exceptional retreat! The views from the balcony were beautiful from morning to sunset. The condo itself is smart and stunningly decorated. The master bedroom is just beautiful and so comfortable! I don’t know that I’ve ever stayed somewhere that was so well stocked. We lacked for nothing and no detail was overlooked, from beach accessories to snacks, restaurant menus, and suggestions for entertainment. What a treasure you have Lois & Rod. Thank you. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding!

This condo exceeded our expectations from the start. Prior to our arrival, the owners - Lois and Rod - responded promptly and clearly to all our questions. On arrival, it was clear that the online photos hadn’t exaggerated the wonderful condition of the unit or the fabulous view of the ocean. Every room was well stocked (linens, utensils, and snacks!) with many updates. The furniture was newer, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed meals on the wraparound balcony and spotted several dolphins, many seabirds, shrimp boats, and even an endangered Northern Right Whale. A perfect base on the beach, to stay or explore NSB and surrounding area. Great owners too!

Home away from home

This condo is breath-taking! It is decorated so beautifully and so clean! The views for the multiple seating areas on the balcony are amazing! It feels more like you are visiting a friend than a vacation rental! The owners, Lois and Rod, are so kind and have thought of everything! They will become your new best friends! They provide most things you will need for your stay: Toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, laundry soap, shower gel, shampoo, shower and beach towels (and they are really nice, big, fluffy towels, too), a stocked pantry with spices, ziplock bags and such, coffee supplies, a closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys, and so much more! You really can just pack a suitcase of clothes and come! It is such a peaceful retreat! You won't be disappointed! We will definitely return! No need to search for different place!

We love this small town with the many friendly people, the restaurants, shops and of course, the beautiful beach! If you ever come here, you, too, will be hooked!
