With accommodations for four, this townhome offers the perfect spot for your next family vacation. You can take in the scenery of the Emerald Coast while you lounge on the townhome's private walkout patio followed by a relaxing day on this private beach. Once the family has had enough sun you can cool down with some of the best ice cream 30A has to offer just down the street at Blue Mountain Creamery. Six-foot wide sliding glass doors allow for unobstructed views of the white sandy beach from the open kitchen, dining and living areas. When you aren't spending the day at the beach, be sure to check out the variety of shopping and dining venues along 30A in the neighboring Seaside and WaterColor!

Canā€™t beat the location!!

We love our stay at Blue Mountain Villas every year. This property has a few dated appliances but all work well enough for a weekā€™s stay. Two chairs on the beach and two street bikes included in our stay was a huge bonus for us!! We will definitely be back!

Summer vacation

The property location was great! Only complaint was the stove eyes werenā€™t plugged in so we had to fix that and the couch had so many stains we didnā€™t feel comfortable sitting on it. Overall, this was a great condo!

Overall, the view and beach were fantastic but the couch, curtains and linens were dirty and stained. The kitchen needs to be updated! For the price I expected much more. Will not be returning to that unit!

Great location!

Perfect location and the easiest access to the beach. Condo is as exactly as pictured! The outdoor furniture had red sticky stuff that seemed splattered all over it. Didnā€™t bother us because we didnā€™t use it though. Watch out for the sand spurs in the grass! Donā€™t walk barefoot from the beach and leave shoes outside or sand spurs will come inside.

Million Dollar View

5 stars all the way! The view, location and ease to get to the beach is why this place gets 5 stars! We will be coming back! The unit is older, clean and well maintained. Blue Mountain villas doesnā€™t have any bells or whistles and there are no pools or hot tubs but it is 100% worth it for that view! Itā€™s also a nice feel to have an OG 30A experience before it got so crazy. This condo brings you back to a simpler time! Love it! You wonā€™t regret it!

Blue Mt. get away

This beach front condo is perfectly located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach close to golf Place and Seaside beaches. Just a quick walk to Blue Mountain Bakery for all the best yums. Kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed for my stay. I would suggest having a couple of larger coffee mugs other than the 10 oz ones but it was not a big deal. Queen bed was comfy. No dresser to put clothes away, however there was plenty of hangers in the closet. Consideration should be given to replacing the desk with a small dresser. Plenty of towels for showering but no beach towels and no washcloths there. Overall, a cute cozy condo with the best beach views and access to the sugary sandy beach.

Go For The View

Right on the beach on a 20ā€™ cliff so the views are outstanding. Crack the sliding glass door open and you can hear the crashing waves. Countertops and appliances were clean, as was the bathroom. Just realize the place shows signs of aging and has not been upgraded or modernized. Examples: severely bruised door jam, living room chairs with ground in dirt, musty air from the AC, pillow quality that is barely adequate. If there are children romping around in the unit above, expect it to be loud and to hear the dishes rattle. With a slight adjustment to expectations, you can still have a great time and enjoy those wonderful views of the beach/ocean.

Great place, terrible neighbors

The place and view were incredible! Everything was easy, clean and perfect. The people above us, however, were not kind and extremely loud. When we gently approached them to be a little quieter so our kids could sleep well, they chewed us out. We apologized (regretfully) and they continued to be rude and talk about us to surrounding neighbors. We will not be back as the family let us know they vacation here every year the same week we like to vacation and the property manager would not get back with me until I said everything was handled. Nothing was handled but we didnā€™t want the neighbors to get even more rude if they got a call. Really big bummer bc if it wasnā€™t for the terrible people above us, weā€™d make this our annual visit.
