My newly constructed home is located in the heart of Tulum! Its open and airy layout can accommodate up to 7 people. However, the pool has been filled with more :).

The home is furnished with one king-size memory foam bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size memory foam bed and one twin-size memory foam bed in the second bedroom, and one full-size sleeper sofa. (We'll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!) The optimal amount of guests would be 6 people. But we can definitely fit 7 if you're willing to share the full size sofa bed! You’ll have tons of privacy with lock-out bedrooms accessible from separate entrances with their own patio and bathroom. The private living room is wrapped in glass doors giving you a clear view over the pool and into the jungle as soon as you enter the room.

Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch!

The living room is furnished without a tv by choice. I would prefer my home to be utilized as an influence to a mental break from your day-to-day and as a gateway to inner peace.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to an iron, blow dryer, towels, bug spray, soap, napkins, oxygen, and more.

You'll have access to the entire home. This will include the parking spot in the front of the property, back patio, pool, and any other space you can manage to fit yourself into.

With a few weeks notice I can coordinate and connect you with a private chef who offers a service to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. I can also extend my point of contact at Cancun’s International Airport for assistance with a rental if needed.
