Welcome to your private sanctuary! Located in the prestigious section of Sea Pines and about 1.1 miles to the beach, you are a scenic 10 mins bike ride to the 1st Tee at Harbour Town and just steps from the Lot 8 Beach Shuttle. The house backs into a lush, private low country landscape with your private pool. This is an eco friendly house with 4 bedroom and 4 en-suite bathrooms, it features high vaulted ceilings, two living areas, maple hardwood flooring with natural fiber rugs in main living area, and a full Kitchen with a center island. This is a single level home with the exception of 7 steps off the kitchen leading to the twin bunk bedroom. You'll find 3 large Flat Screen Smart TV's in this home with Samsung TV Plus. A new TV will be added to the bunk bedroom before March 2026. All beds and mattresses are new (purchased in 2022), King and queen mattresses are high quality brands (Casper and Nectar), all new indoor furniture (2022). Guests of this home can enjoy the second living area without being disturbed by any TV, perfectly set to sit and read, or play games with family on a rainy day! Or you can gather by the pool or on the spacious back deck, with seating for 8. The private pool includes 2 lounge chairs for those that want to relax and take in the sunshine. You will love the secluded back yard with a wall of bamboo for privacy. Check out the guests guidebook on the web. Weekly discount offered. No resort fee!

This home is ideal for avid golfers and beach lovers alike! Guests can enjoy all of the activities that Sea Pines has to offer including access to the Sea Pines Beach Club via the FREE Sea Pines Trolley during summertime, or just bike to the Beach in about 10 mins! You can easily walk 2-3 minutes to the Trolley Station at Lot 8. Bike to the Harbor Town Marina & visit the Candy Striped Lighthouse, or visit the South Beach Marina, home of the Salty Dog Cafe. Be sure to explore the miles of bike paths that wind their way throughout Sea Pines, fine dining, live music, horse-back riding at the Forest Preserve, and a variety of watersports offered at harbor town. This is an elevated Single level home with Just a few steps to gain entry. Free high speed WiFi.

Sea pines beach club access/parking: From mid-march to labor day, take the beach shuttle/Trolleys at Lot 8 just a few steps away from our house; After labor day, onsite parking at the beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests. Distance to beach club is approximately 1.1 mile.

Really enjoyed our time here! The home was exactly as described, and communication with the hosts was really quick and easy. The pool was lovely, and the closeness to the sea pines trolley was fantastic, making it easy for everyone to have freedom to get around under their own steam. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Great place to stay for young families

We stayed in the house with 2 families with children ranging from 2-8 years old. The house had everything we needed for a perfect week and the kids loved the pool. We biked to the beach each morning which was an easy 10 minute ride. The location is centrally located within Sea Pines which allowed us to bike to most places including Harbour Town. Overall, we had a really great stay and would definitely recommend!

Spot on listing description and great location

We were so happy to find this property for our trip to Hilton Head. The house was just as described, well cleaned and maintained, and in a great location within Sea Pines that didnā€™t leave us too far from anything we wanted to do. The listing photos and description are a great representation of the home. The only thing mislabeled on the description is the availability of a hot tub/spa. There isnā€™t one on the property, but the pool is a great feature.

A wonderful family spot!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Sea Pines. We had children ages 7-1 and the house was perfect for all. Very clean and the hosts were easy to communicate with. They allowed us to check-in early once the house was clean which was a HUGE help given we had young children. The kids loved the house and the kids room was a great spot for them to play. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. Loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone.

Sea Pines Family Get Away!

We loved staying in this comfortable home. We had everything we needed for a busy week at the beach. Our granddaughter loved riding the trolley to the beach. The trolley was easy walking distance from the front door. The pool was great and we grilled out in the backyard to celebrate Fatherā€™s Day! Lilly & Tony were very easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze! Would definitely recommend this property to make lasting family memories!

First Timers

We loved our stay in the spacious clean home!!! We have a family of 8 adults and 2 1 year old grandsons and we had so much space to spread out and rooms to also be all together in. We loved afternoons by the pool while grilling after a long day at the beach which is just a bike ride away. Tony and Lily are very accommodating and go the extra mile to see to that their guests have what they need. I highly recommend this property for a fun filled family vacation!

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house for a weekend getaway, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for our group to relax and socialize, and the cozy bedrooms ensured a restful night's sleep. The highlight, however, was the stunning backyard oasis, complete with a sparkling pool, lush landscaping, and a charming patio perfect for alfresco dining. our recent stay at this vacation rental was nothing short of spectacular, truly exceeding all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were incredibly impressed. The house itself was beyond our expectations ā€“ spacious, beautifully designed, and felt like a true home away from home.The pool was absolutely amazing, providing a perfect oasis for relaxation and fun after a day out. The backyard was quite and private. You can tell the host really tried hard to ensure a great vacation for us. It is not easy to manage such a property. We also loved that the house is nestled inside a beautiful resort.The location was ideal for us. Being near to the beach was a huge plus, and the convenience of a beach shuttle just a few steps away from the house made getting there incredibly easy. Really enjoyed biking frequently to the beach, Harbor Town, and the forest preserve, making it incredibly easy and enjoyable to explore the beautiful surroundings whenever we wished.Beyond the fantastic amenities and location, the house was very clean and incredibly well-appointed. Sent the property manager a text that the showers were draining very slowly. My wife slipped in the shower and nearly hurt herself. The response I got was that since I didnā€™t report it upon arrival I was on my own. Very disappointed. Went to the store and bought some drano. Helped a little

Perfect Escape!

Our family, four adults and two children under the age of 10 had the best week in Sea Pines, thanks to Tony and Lily and the use of their beautiful property! The home looks exactly like the photos, and just as the other reviews boast, the house is well stocked with just about everything you need and very clean and inviting! Also, previous reviews talked about the quick walk to the beach trolley, and they aren't kidding! From the house to the beach trolley stop, it took us just under three minutes; the shortcut before the end of the street prevents any family member from having to walk on the main road - what a huge relief when navigating a walk with exhausted children, and adults!! Our only minor complaints were the lack of TV in the front room and the rugs throughout the home; neither were enough to prevent us from renting the home again they are just a few things to note. When we ended the day as a family, we would have loved a place to all comfortably sit together to watch a movie or unwind and the lack of a TV in the front room didn't provide that, additionally, the beautiful, but tough-to-the-touch, rugs throughout the home do take a bit to get used to - the slippers were such a treat! - so I would be cognizant of them if bringing a child who crawls about - but aside from that, we loved every second of our trip!

Great Location and Comfortable Home, But Poor Timing Around Key Amenities

Excellent home in Sea Pines for our trip and really enjoyed the central location, easy to access and close to everything we wanted to do. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with comfortable bedrooms, large bathrooms, and a kitchen. We ran into a few issues that impacted the overall experience. The biggest was the pool, the main reason we chose this property. It wasnā€™t ready upon our arrival. We contacted the host right away, but since it was late in the day, the pool company wasn't reached until the next morning. Although we were sent a report stating it had just been serviced, that didn't match what we saw. The pool was shocked and unusable for a full day, and due to our plans the next day and a second round of shocking, we had limited time to enjoy the pool. Our last full day, we planned to swim but the pool company came back to shock/clean again. They were flexible when we asked them to come back later so our child could swim, which appreciated, but better coordination with the company and host would have made a big difference prior to our arrival. Also, we were told with less than 24 hoursā€™ notice that the home would be softwashed. Though the crew didnā€™t come inside, the bleach smell was strong, and with no window coverings in back, privacy was a concern. We left for breakfast to avoid it, but earlier notice would have been appreciated. Overall the house is lovely and great location. With better communication and timing, this could be an excellent rental.

Lovely, roomy 4 bdrm house in Sea Pines

10/15/23 - We rented this very nice home on a quiet street in Sea Pines for my husband and I, along with 5 friends. Location was excellent, halfway between Harbour Town and the beach. Great, private backyard with swimming pool, lots or trees and a nice patio area. The house was well furnished with bedrooms set up for 4 - 5 couples, one of the bedrooms had four bunk beds. Plenty of dishware & wine glasses. The dining room table & chairs were enough for all of us to eat together. The TV channels were very limited. No major networks, ie. no ABC, CBS, NBC, ESPN or TBS. (We had to go to a bar to see the last 2 Braves games). Also the one community television was in the dining room so to watch anything with a group youā€™d have to sit at the dining room table. There was a large living room and den room close by that would have been perfect for TV watching. There were plenty of wine glasses and dishes but we could have used a little more in the way of silverware and serving bowls. Having said this, with a few changes, itā€™s a great house and location. The owners seem very responsive and weā€™d happily stay here again if a few of these items were addressed.

Squeaky clean, Private pool, and great location

My family and I had a restful vacation on HHI. This house is beautiful and the location is central to all that HHI offers. Itā€™s a short bike ride to the beach and Harbour Town, a little bit longer to South Beach. It is located on a low-traffic street with plenty of parking. The kids spent several hours each day playing in the private pool, while the parents and grandparents watched from the porch. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Water pressure was very, very good. Kitchen appliances are top-of-the-line as is the outdoor grill. The washing machine and dryer are large commercial units and were a big plus. We cooked most meals in the home and sat around the large dining room table. We had all the cooking utensils we needed. The rental agency was very responsive to our needs and quickly addressed a couple of our minor needs. The TVs are brand new smart TVs, and theyā€™re HUGE. I wished I had brought my own roku with me as it wouldā€™ve made accessing our own streaming accounts easier. There are three TVs. One in the master Br, one in a guest room, and one, curiously, in the dining room. No TV in the living room where the big, comfortable sofas are located. This made ā€œmovie nightā€ awkward for seating arrangements, but me made do. I also wished I had brought my own house shoes as there are sea grass rugs from wall to wall. This material is hard on bare feet. Complimentary, disposable slippers were thoughtfully provided but did not fit my big feet. The owners request no shoes be worn inside. We donā€™t do shoes in our house at home, so no big deal. The security cameras front and back are ok, just wish they were more subtly located. Overall, great house and wouldnā€™t hesitate to rent again.

The new restaurant at the Harbor Town has the best view at the sunset and a great place for a romantic dinner! Do not forget to check out the delicious breakfast and coffee place at the Harbor Town Bakery. We enjoy reading inside during a raining day or reading outside and having a cocktail by the pool, it is so peaceful to walk on the beach under the moonlight. Jump inside the pool and relax under the beautiful live oak tree after a long day at the beach or playing golf or tennis!
