Shore Points Vacations managed property ~ ZERO TAXES proudly offered on ALL of our vacation rental properties!

STONEY9 - This newly updated, 3 bedroom (plus sofa bed in common area), 1 bath beachside home is less than 1 block away from Jenkinson's Beach & Boardwalk. Parking available for up to 2 vehicles in driveway + Homeowner provides use of 4 beach tags during your stay. Wash off from a day at the beach in the convenient half bath & rinse shower located in the Full basement. This home is available to rent on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Longer stays permitted. No smoking, pets or events are permitted at any time.

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

Stoney 9 Point Pleasant Beach

Check-in was a breeze, in and out of the realtors office in minutes, then off to the house. The home was cute as shown in the pictures. The basement was supposed to be accessible for an additional toilet and rinse shower and washer and dryer. The keys to the basement were not included in our key sets. Call to the realtor took a day to return. The realtor had to reach out to the owners and long story short, we had no access to the basement until Thursday. Not happy about that! 4 adults using one bathroom was tricky. Would have loved to wash towels and bathing suits. Oh well, didn't work out. The shower curtain liner in the bathroom was all moldy! Disgusting! The realtor didn't do anything about it except to offer to bring over mold cleaner so that I could clean the shower curtain. It needed to be replaced. We ended up turning the liner around so the mold was on the side we didn't have to touch. Not handled properly. There were no linens in the unit. The listing stated linens included. We had to sleep the first night without sheets and the realtor dropped sheets off on the second day. Besides the problems we had, it was a nice, very well stocked house. I can't give a bad review since it was good for the most part.

Great location

I would have given this property a lower rating if it weren't for the management company. The management company, Shore Point Vacations is responsive and worked to help resolve our issues quickly. As for the property, the main level is remodeled and lovely. There are 3 bedrooms and one bath on the main level. The rooms were clean and the kitchen adequately stocked. You can not beat the location- just steps from the boardwalk. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet at night and the neighbors are friendly. The basement is unfinished and not part of the main living area. The second bathroom is unfinished and suitable for rinsing only (if that). This is not a 2 bathroom unit. For us, the second bathroom was unusable due to its unfinished state.

Great Location for Family Vacation

The property was in a great location for our family vacation. Closer to the inlet this spot was nice for quite nights. Just steps away from the beach & boardwalk was perfect. The house itself was very nice, this clean and updated home and made our stay very comfortable. Thank you we had a great time!
