STONEY9 - This newly updated, 3 bedroom (plus sofa bed in common area), 1 bath beachside home is less than 1 block away from Jenkinson's Beach & Boardwalk. Parking available for up to 2 vehicles in driveway + Homeowner provides use of 4 beach tags during your stay. Wash off from a day at the beach in the convenient half bath & rinse shower located in the Full basement. This home is available to rent on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Longer stays permitted. No smoking, pets or events are permitted at any time.

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year!
