Newly listed 6,336 sq ft Beach front home on St George’s Pointe on beautiful cedar lake. Over 500’ of sandy beach front to play, lounge, or lay for days. 2 docks on site- 1 for your boats and the other swim dock to access our amazing swim lake aqua park. Our Aqua park Features a 12’ bouncing water trampoline / launch pad / 10 slide/ climbing sphere and a floating lounge area (pic to come). Adults and kids both will enjoy all the memories jumping and playing on the aqua park 20’ off your beach front.

The home is spectacular- views of the lake are featured from every window of the home - gourmet kitchen / floor to ceiling real stone double fireplace will keep you cozy on those early mournings or those Michigan cool evenings. Formal sitting /Tv room will allow guests that want to get away from all the fun is on the 1st floor. Coming soon is a theater room for 10 people and a 85” TV with surround sound. The homes grounds are golf course quality with sprinkler lawns For those outdoor activities. The wrap around porch and deck features outdoor sectional seating as well as propane lit bar top tables that hold 12 people. Dining Table. attached 3 car garage

Annual family vacation

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. Ages ranged from 1-87 and worked well for everyone! The kids loved the playroom and parents really enjoyed the home theater. Plenty of space to gather together! We will definitely be back!

Great house for family up north trip

We had a great time staying at Byron's place on Cedar Lake. The house has everything you need, we especially enjoyed the inflatable water activities and the paddle boards! The house has so many amenities, we would definitely come back!

Great for a family get together

There is much to do at this location. Swim, paddle board, basketball/pickleball sport court, great out door spaces and plenty to do inside if you have a rainy day

Our 3rd Stay

This was our third stay at this amazing property. For three straight years now we’ve had our annual family summer getaway here and we absolutely love it. This year we saw the addition of the basketball/pickle ball court outside, which was a huge hit with the kids. The house is sublime, and the views of the lake are immaculate. Would recommend wholeheartedly!

My whole family loved the house and the beach and swim-park! We had enough room to spread out all over the house. And enough room to congregate in the big kitchen and dining room to celebrate my mom’s 90th birthday. The host family was also so nice from start to finish!

The Best!

We had truly the best time! This was the second time we have stayed here and we were so pleasantly surprised to find out that they did renovations since last year when we first rented it - the house was gorgeous before and now it’s even more beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. They spared no cost on this home. Plenty of space for us to spread out and plenty of gathering areas for us to spend quality time together. The sand on the beach was perfect, the lake water was clean and warm. The paddle boards were so fun to use and the water toys were an absolute blast. The hot tub overlooking the lake was something we all enjoyed. Plenty of yard space for a family wiggle ball and kickball game. Bonfire area for s’mores. My favorite spot was the day bed on the beautiful patio so I could read with the best view in the house. The basement was perfect for the kids to enjoy when we had a little rain during our stay- there’s a small putting green, movie theatre (we had a family movie night), arcade games, and a play room! The kitchen was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for cooking up some delicious dinners. The local grocery store was just around the corner. The property manager/owner was very helpful with any questions we had and quick to respond. My only complaint is that our time there went by way too fast but I guess that’s what happens when you’re having fun! Thank you for the wonderful memories!!

2nd Family Trip Here!

This was our 2nd stay at this property and we booked our 3rd stay even before we left! We absolutely loved the house, and the renovations made to the kitchen, living room, and basement blew us away. Outdoor views are second to none, and plenty of activities to do for guests of all ages. Highly recommended!

Lovely Three-Generation Stay

This is a beautiful, spacious home on a lovely area of Cedar Lake. The home accommodated our family of 12 with ease. The teens particularly enjoyed the inflatables in the water. The kitchen is well appointed, and we cooked all our meals there. Byron is a great host who responded quickly to several requests during our stay.

Simply Amazing Beautiful Home

There isnt enough to say about this amazing house that our family shared for my wifes birthday weekend. There was plenty for everyone to do and enjoy. The water area was amazing for the kids, teenagers, and even adults to enjoy. When we ended up getting a little bit of rain for an hour we all retreated to the basement and got to experience the cinema room. Just amazing place for all to enjoy. Would definately stay here again. Byron the owner was fantastic to communicate with and just a pleasure to rent from.

Dad’s 70th Birthday Extravaganza!

My father found the fountain of youth at this property! Gorgeous views, all the amenities you could want, and a well equipped kitchen that even inspired my wife to cook! I can’t recommend this place enough, although I would like to keep it a secret for selfish reasons. Byron was attentive and prompt to reply to any stupid questions we had. I will be saving my pennies to return to this gloriously Pure Michigan lake house!

Amazing spot

Our family had such an amazing week at this beautiful summer home! No need to go anywhere, beautiful beach with water toys, large outdoor cooking area, fire pit, hot tub! Plenty of comfortable seating inside too with large bed rooms and comfortable beds!

Great family stay

Great vacation rental

We truly enjoyed our stay at this rental. We don’t have a single negative thing to say. We loved every minute and it was perfect for group of 13. We had plenty of space and loved all of the sleeping arrangements. There was tons to do and we absolutely loved the beach. The water toys were a hit! We loved the bonfire area, the propane fire tables, the spacious kitchen, the beautifully landscaped property, the prestige beach, and so much more! Will definitely rent again!!

Up North Vacation

Our family had a blast at this house and property. Kids and adults had fun in the aqua park. Younger children loved the playroom in the basement. The house had plenty of room both inside and outside for relaxing. Being able to walk out the back door and be that close to the sand and water was great. Perfect up north vacation!
