Secluded retreat in northern Minnesota

Welcome to your home away from home, a secluded retreat and escape in Northern Minnesota where you can relax in a beautiful natural environment throughout the year. During the summer, you can swim, paddle and enjoy the lake. Fall is a perfect time to enjoy cooler temperatures and watch the changing of the leaves. We have maple, aspen, and other beautiful deciduous trees on the property. There are fabulous mountain biking and snowmobiling trails to explore.
The space
Our home is a lakefront property with a private beach and landing. We have non-motorized boats for you to use during your stay. There are technically 2 bedrooms but also has a loft bedroom and bunkroom. It is a unique log home with many beautiful features.
Guest access
We are located 23.5 miles north of Grand Rapids, MN on Highway 38, a scenic route deemed as the Edge of the Wilderness.
Other things to note
Currently, we would request that you not bring any boat that has more than a 25hp motor and no jet skis. We have had issues of people bringing larger boats and jet skis. We are a quiet lake with a focus on nature and simplicity.
