It has a living room with Smart TV, wi-fi, full kitchen, 5 bedrooms (4 suites), all air-conditioned. In addition, it has a wonderful outdoor area, with a swimming pool with hydromassage and LED lighting, garden and barbecue.

We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

**Consumption of water and electricity is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

****** At check-in and check-out, readings are taken from the energy and water meters to calculate consumption and subsequent billing. For energy consumption calculation, a rate of R$ 1.10 per kilowatt used is applied. Water consumption is estimated based on Embasa's summer tariff table. *******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, and a wardrobe;

Suite 1 (Upper Floor): 1 queen bed, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, and a wardrobe;

Suite 2 (Upper Floor): 2 trundle beds, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, and a wardrobe;

Suite 3 (Upper Floor): 2 trundle beds, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, and a wardrobe;

Suite 4 (Upper Floor): 1 king bed, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, and a wardrobe;

Note: We have 1 portable crib available.

In addition to everything the condominium offers (full infrastructure, swimming pool, gourmet lounge, kids' area, party room, games room, children's playground, and sports courts), it also has private access to the beach, approximately a 5-minute walk away.
