I enjoyed the stay at your property.. My only concerns was the king size bed had the slop to one side going on.. the front door to my unit could use a little paint as the outside needed a pressure washer.. over all the unit came with everything I needed,close to the beach and a Publix.. thanks

We thought the value was great and the beach was not overcrowded at all. The only issue was with the master bath toilet not working the best. Overall a good experience.

Overall, we had a great time while staying at this condo. I am not sure if this is on the host, but we arrived at the property at 4PM to check in and the cleaning person was still in there. This caused us to have to wait in the lobby with our stuff for an hour while they finished up. The property had great access to the beach and was centrally located to everything we did during our stay.

Such a great place!

Perfectly described, great communication, convenient to everything and beach area is not crowded at all. We’d definitely book this condo again.

Wonderful visit

We had a great stay! Wonderful location, great beach, super clean and an amazing view. We loved the convenience of the shopping, grocery stores and the kids loved the Starbucks across the street. It was nice to be able to walk the beach to dinner (CoastAL was amazing) or go out. No worries about parking and we felt very safe.

Perfect Getaway

What a fantastic unit with perfect access to the beach! Everything was clean, comfortable, and accessible. The beds were so comfortable and we slept so good. We came for a long weekend and it took seconds to get to the beach and pool. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Girls Trip

We absolutely loved our trip, and the condo was so beautiful! It made it difficult to leave! We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo upon our arrival, and the communication about check in/check out. The view was incredible, and just steps to the sand. We would stay here again!

Condo was clean and has a fully stocked kitchen. Great location. Only area of improvement would be the balcony outdoor furniture. Uncomfortable and Lionel seat sinks in the middle.

White Sand 2024

My wife and I loved this condo. It was clean, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. A real hit with us. We had wonderful weather. We hung out on the beach and dined out nightly. Great fish and seafood restaurants everywhere. We will be back!

Review of room 304

The room was very clean, but a few things we found while staying was in the hall bathroom where the hand rod on the back of the tub was broken, and the back burner didn't seem to work on the stove top. Other than that, very nice. I would recommend a blackout curtain be hung in the first bedroom when entering the condo because the outside lights shines so bright, you would think it was daylight inside the room. But I have noticed that on most condos at the beach no one puts a black out curtain on the entrance side of the condo to prevent the light shining in at night, but I usually throw a beach towel over the window rod, but no way to do that in this condo. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

Summerchase 304

Nice clean ocean view balcony! This 2 bedroom was perfect with a comfy master and huge bathroom! The only thing I’d suggest was buy a pizza cutter for the place and a 10” skillet. We saw dolphins every day and jellyfish were tiny so no issues there. Ocean and pool water were clear; perfect weather and place; I’d stay there again!!

Bad Experience!

It was not disclosed that the balcony was under construction until we arrived in Orange Beach…30 minutes before check-in. We were offered other places, but had to scramble to make a decision. It was not the way we hoped to start our vacation.

Our stay

Our unit was very clean. But lacked kitchen cooking pot and pans. The did bring silverware that day. Our dishwasher didn't work but was replaced. Surprised it wasn't cleaning dishes before we came. Probably hadn't worked for some time. I was shocked when someone came to check for bed bugs the 3rd week we were there. I would thing they should have did that before coming for the month. Asked others if there units were ever checked for bed bugs while staying and they all said no. This was our 3rd year staying at Summerchase and never happened at those times. Otherwise everything was good.

Great location and views But the condo lacks

Pros: Easy access to the elevators and beach access. Great views from condo. Cons: Run down, 2 of the bathroom sinks barely drained so we couldn’t use them. The toliet in the master bathroom is perfect for a 4yr old or umpa lumps, if you’re 5”6 or taller you knees will be at your ears. Furniture is uncomfortable including the beds. The beds were like concrete slabs with pillow toppers. Worn out patio furniture was more comfy than the sofa and loveseat. The 2nd bathroom shower dripped non stop. Needs a deep clean…..Oh and the lobby and elevators smell of fabuloso, they mop the floors constantly with the stuff

Very comfortable place! Beds sleep wonderful! My complaint would be lots of little broken things around. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall, toilet ran if you didn't jiggle the handle, but my husband fixed it. . One sink in the master bathroom would not drain, husband tried to plunge it and lots of black stuff shot out but it still didn't drain so we couldn't use it. Can opener would not open a can. Very limited utensils and items to use in the kitchen. No big bowls to make things in. No lid for the crockpot. These were just things I needed but couldn't find. It just needs a little TLC.

Renovation Needes

Disrepair. Old lumpy mattress, fans squeak, need pest control service, toilets, sinks dated, expected basic shampoo and coffee not present….everything very dated and needs replacing.
