This condo is a fantastic year-round choice; your group will love it!

Blue River Flats Condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that’s perfect for groups of up to six; it’s also a great choice for two couples to share. The interior finishes are first rate! The living area features comfy seating, a gas fireplace and a smart TV; there’s also a private balcony for taking in the mountain views. The kitchen has quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. There’s seating for six at the dining table and two more at the counter.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and reserved parking for two vehicles. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).

This condo is fantastic - new and very nice accommodations, really enjoyed the kitchen, watching TV in the living room and the proximity in Silverthorne to all the happenings in the area. It's also so nicely and perfectly decorated, really loved the personal touch and homey feel!

Stayed here 3/21-4/1 family of 5 and it was beyond our expectations..they supplied everything you need for cooking cleaning laundry ect.. also pack and play for an infant. Great location to local mountains would stay again. Only negative would be very noisy at night due to closeness to the road but they do supply earplugs

Our new favorite!

We enjoyed this top notch lodging immensely! It’s new with very nice finishes, clean, bright and surprisingly spacious. It has everything we needed for two couples to enjoy the balcony, the living and eating space, and privates spaces including bathrooms. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Great Condo - Well Stocked/Equipped

This condo is well equipped with everything you need for a stay away. One the best stocked condos. The condo is clean, nice, nicely decorated, and provides for a wonderful stay. It faces a four-lane road and the road noise is continuous so that is something to keep in mind. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay!

Enjoyable Stay and Great Value

This condo is ideally located and within a quick commute to all outdoor activities. It was spotless and well equipped with everything you could ask for. Our only recommendation is to replace the mattresses with something more comfortable. The box spring has a 6" piece of foam on top that kept shifting and wasn't comfortable at all. Otherwise, definitely recommend!

Loved the condo, terrible location from a traffic noise perspective though. The unit itself was well-stocked with everything needed, very clean and comfortable, and had great internet speed for remote work. The mountain views were also incredible. The only downside was the traffic noise out front, which never ceased. Closing the windows helped some, but the temps were warm enough during our stay that we needed them open for air flow. Maybe in the fall/winter months it wouldn't be as big of an issue.

Wonderful Condo

We stayed over New Year’s week here and had a great time. The location is perfect, clean, and close to both Keystone and Breckenridge plus multiple restaurants in Silverthorne. The condo has everything you need and then some. The owner thought of everything from linens to kitchen utensils to little extras everywhere. There are flat screen TV’s and large closets in both bedrooms. Perfect for a family or two couples needing a little get away. The couch in front of the fire was just what we needed after a day in the snow. But I was most impressed with how the owners communicated with us and answered any questions at any time of day. They always answered back immediately and were so helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Great condo in Silverthorne!

Good place to stay for a ski vacation. Silverthorne is in the heart of the skiing action in Summit County. Very well appointed and comfortable condo that met our needs. This condo had almost everything we needed. I only say "almost" because it did not come with humidifiers, a must in the cold, dry winter air. The only reason for not giving five stars is the condo on located right along the parkway, so you constantly hear traffic and vehicle noise. Not a problem for most if you are a heavy sleeper or city dweller, and the owners provide earplugs along with all of the other great things in this condo. Comfortable beds, extremely clean and great parking outside!

Silverthorne 2023

The property was perfect. I had the condo for 3 weeks and when friends were visiting the other bedroom was more than accommodating. It was also a great space for the times my grandson stayed over. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the noise from the highway. It never kept me up (and I slept with the windows up) but someone who sleeps lightly should be made aware. Since the condo is in such a great location (and the fact that I didn’t have a car) I was able to walk everywhere. I would recommend this condo highly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice condo. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and the wifi speed is very fast. Road noise is a problem. It is right on a busy highway. There are ear plugs available. There is a problem with the heating system in the building, it is in-floor heating, so it was very warm. The patio door had to be opened which led to louder road noise. Parking in this development was a problem. There were very specific instructions on where to park, but other people kept parking in the designated place. After a couple complaints, I was finally told there were other places to park.If road noise, parking problems and excessive heat don't bother you, this is an excellent condo.Customer service from the property management company was excellent.
