Children friendly (please note there is no fence around the pool so children under 12 must be supervised at all times). No dogs allowed. Outdoor music rules per below.

Noise from radios, music instruments, loudspeakers, sound amplifiers, and “any machine, device, or equipment including phones” that creates sound audibly outside of the rental home is prohibited after 9pm Sunday through Thursday and after 10pm Friday and Saturday per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.
