A Beautiful Cape Style Ranch. 3BR/2BA home in a quiet residential neighborhood situated at the end of a Cul-de sac. When you open the front door, you're welcomed to a spacious living area followed by the dining room and kitchen. A mounted TV to watch your favorite shows while on vacation.

A bedroom with a king size bed is easily located off of the kitchen with a private bathroom, while the other bedrooms are located off of the dining room. Another bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has bunk beds.

Outside there is a spacious deck off of the dining room with outdoor furniture to eat BBQ from the grill. The beautiful backyard opens up to a fire pit and also has an outdoor shower for those hot days and coming back from the beach.

Walking distance to Pleasant Bay and Wequassett Resort, many beaches close by. Short drive to downtown Chatham & Harwich for shopping on your downtime.

Guests have full, private access to the entirety of the house and property. The garage, half of the basement and shed are off-limits to guests. Fully furnished and ready for you, including linens and towels.


The cleaning fee is to help the cost in cleaning the house for your arrival. At the end of your stay, all beds that were used must be stripped of their linens and the towels placed in one neat pile in the laundry area. All trash put into closed sealed trash bags and left in the garbage bins, and all dishes must be washed. Additionally, all furniture needs to be returned to where it was found.
