Our charming 3 BR/3 BA townhome is 1700 square feet. The home is tastefully furnished with hardwood floors throughout and features a private 2 car plus garage. The kitchen is open with fully stocked appliances and has granite countertops. This kitchen has everything you will need to cook a full meal. The dining table seats 6, plus there are three bar stools at the granite island in the kitchen. Pots, pans, utensils, toaster as well as toaster oven, handmixer, blender, crockpot, etc. The living room is furnished with a large sectional sofa, chair large ottoman as well as a 47 inch widescreen smart TV Peacock is included and you can stream the xfinity app. (Samsung app included as well)any streaming you may have you can log into, as well as a wide variety of DVDs, wireless internet and sound system. Just off the living room is a screened porch with plush wicker furniture for relaxing and enjoying the views of the river. The three bedrooms are all beautifully furnished with new linens and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The master bedroom features a king sized traditional Charleston Rice four poster bed . The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, standup shower and double sinks. There is also a 12 foot walk-in closet. Open the sliding doors off the master bedroom and walk onto a beautiful large balcony for a gorgeous view of the river and the marsh. This is the perfect place for quiet afternoons reading in the sun. The 2nd Bedroom features a queen bed, a twin bed and private bath. The third bedroom on the main level has a queen bed and full bath. We have an inflatable full size mattresses, ideal for the kids. We also have a pack n play. All bed rooms have TVs with ROKU or Google to stream your favorite service and DVD players. Folly Beach is a unique, small, eclectic beach town that features six miles of beautiful sandy beaches, excellent local restaurants, beach bars, and shops. The wonderful Folly Pier is 24 feet wide and extends more than 1,045 feet into the Atlantic Ocean. Go to the beach, enjoy the pier, relax at the pool, take a bike ride, hike out to Lighthouse Point, fish and crab off the dock or just enjoy fabulous sunset views from the dock under the covered gazebo from the bench swing. This home is perfect for families or groups of vacationers. The home is equipped with several amenities available to all guests including: board games, books, Bocce Ball, beach chairs, beach cruiser bikes, Kayaks, and more.
