Excellent property very comfortable

Great place for a five night stay, located very near everything on the island caretaker Francis was fantastic. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Elbow Joint was perfect for our family - 4 kids & 2 adults. The kitchen was much better stocked than the last cottage I rented on Green turtle. You can get anywhere on the island in less than 10 minutes. The pool outside was great and well-maintained. My only suggestion would be a new mattress in the master bedroom. Everything else was great.

Check in was easy. The caretaker, Francis met us at the dock and got us settled in. The kitchen had all of the necessary appliances for the times we wanted to cook instead of going to a restaurant.
The top of the Hope Town lighthouse is a must to see the panoramic scenery.
Enjoyed swimming with the baby sea turtles.

Perfect Spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pickup and dropoff from the ferry was seemless.Easy golf cart access to everywhere. Pool is a huge plus after a hot day.Boat slip was close enough, and the owner's father was fun to chat with. Francis was awesome and easy to quick to reply to any communications.Only issue was the master bathroom shower had slow drainage and the shower door kept getting off its track.

Great House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 4 of us had a great time, plenty of room. The pool was great,the property is private, everything was clean and Francis was great. The only thing, the rugs in the house were easy to slide and trip on, so we just moved all of them out of the way. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Private Little Getaway Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was just as advertised and was tucked in the trees. Felt like a private little getaway. Was a little cool yet for the pool but it was nice and clean. House was clean and very nice. We had golf carts rented so everywhere is inside a 5 min ride. Francis the caretaker was very accommodating and was able to answer any questions we had, and he met us at the dock and helped get our luggage to the house for us.
