Great mezzanine deck!



The Space:

This stunning 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located on a quieter part of the peninsula, but still close to restaurants and shops. Salt & Lime has a unique setup with sleeping for 22, making it perfect for several families to get together. You'll be situated on a beach access road, so you're just minutes away from "toes in the sand"!



The large mezzanine deck is the star of the show -there's a fun bar area with loads of seating, table and chairs for dining or card games, picnic tables, and a separate bathroom! Enjoy all the shaded space to play games or just relax. It's the perfect place to gather with family and friends and make wonderful beach memories.



Indoors you will find a comfortable living area that opens to a well-stocked kitchen and a large island. You'll have the comforts of home with a washer and dryer, and high speed internet.



Three bedrooms feature two queen beds in each. The fourth bedroom has one queen over queen over queen (3 levels) bunk bed. The top floor bedrooms each have a private patio/sitting area. For additional sleeping, there are two twin over queen bunk beds situated behind the sitting area in the living room.



On the ground level, you will find plenty of parking, a basketball goal, and an outdoor shower - great for washing off a day spent in the sand and surf. You will love your time at Salt & Lime!



No parties or events, please.

Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

The house was nice from the pictures online and the outside. But when you’re inside, it has mold all over the furniture and beds. People opted to sleep on the floor vs the mold ridden beds. We reached out to the property but did not hear back. My daughters have severe allergies so it affected them horribly. Wish we had been contacted after revealing the issues above.

Great for a large group

The house was plenty large. We had 17 people stay here, but still had room for more. The beach was a short walk, maybe 1/8 mile. The basketball goal was enjoyed by kids.

The place needs some updating in the area of cleanliness. Mold on pillows and matress covers, bean bag chair and dinning chairs. Great location, plenty of outdoor space and living space

HUGE house with great views

The house was huge. Plenty of sleeping area for your group. Floors need to be mopped and the previous guests didn’t clean up the appliances like each guest is to do. I would stay again if I had a large group. We had 15 people and had extra beds to use. Not far from the beach and it was so high up you could see the beach in areas. Great house!

Big House for a big family

The house has plenty of space for a family of 20 plus. It was tidy, decorated nicely and had so many sets of stairs that we all had a good workout. The kitchen is equipped with anything you could need, I will recommend to bring plenty of coolers with ice because the refrigerator does not cool fully and we had spoiled items. The beds were comfy, the linens were not included and we paid the extra fees to have it included, but was disappointed to find out that not only did I have to pay for linens but also install them on all beds, which was too much. Beach is a short walk and gas stations nearby and plenty of places to get food. Overall a great stay, would book again!

Really love the location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this rental. We came with 18 family members and were so excited for this vacation. And while we had so much fun and the rental had everything we needed, there were some things that definitely needed to be fixed. We had to pay extra for linens, which I already found kind of ridiculous, but they didn’t even put the linens on the bed and just left them in a giant bag by the front door. One of the balconies, while it was enclosed, was leaking so when it began raining, it was absolutely soaked which explains the amount of mold all over it. There wasn’t a single good bed in this rental. They were all super uncomfortable, very squeaky, and felt like they would fall apart at any second. We’re still up in the air about whether or not we would use this rental again.

Reviewer Comments: The rental was a nice size for the family but the rental wasn't clean we had to clean and sanitize, the floors weren't swept goldfish crackers were in one of the beds floors had sticky residue on them and we had no hot water in the bath downstairs once we cleaned mopped and sanitized we were able to enjoy our stay

The house was nice and clean, and we did not have an issue with the house. It was easy to locate and close to the beach with easy access. It had more than enough parking and the basketball court was a plus. This was my second time renting the house and would not hesitate to rent it again. Last year we had access to using the cargo elevator which was a big help because we did not have to carry the heaving items up 2 flights of stairs. This year however, it was not available. We did not find this out until we got there. But no worries we made it work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic view, plenty of space, and wonderful location. There was some construction next door, but not an issue during our stay. Cabin could use some care and a deep cleaning. There was mold in the master shower, some dead bugs, burnt out lightbulbs, TV issues, and the carpet upstairs needs attention. The three tier bunk bed is a bit unstable. Three showers is not enough for 24 guests. The superb views of the sunrise and sunset, the party area on the second floor, the basketball goal, short walk to the beach, superb location, and the abundant parking made it worth the stay.

It is right on a beach access road but yet on a quiet street with lots of privacy. It has everything and much more for a large group. Swedes provides exceptional service and always prompt to answer to whatever is needed during your stay.
