"Sol Solution" 2 bed/2 bath Condo in Seawatch

Do you plan on staying between Oct 15 and March 15, and don’t need to whole house, ask me how you can qualify for a cleaning and linen refund. This is very appealing for someone looking to only use 1 bedroom.

Welcome to Sol Solution, our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo at SeaWatch Plantation. Nestled away, off a private road in Myrtle (practically North) beach. SeaWatch offers everything you will need for a memorable family vacation.

Sol Solution is located on the 10th floor of the South Tower. 1 King bed and 2 double bed in the other room. Pull out sofa in the living room.

This condo has a large balcony over looking the pools and a view of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

The kitchen is well stocked.

A separate security deposit for $350 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.

Great beach condo in a perfect location! Lots of amenities in the condo and on the property. Responsive host, easy check-in and check-out, ample covered parking, very clean property and condo had everything for cooking, beaching, relaxing and swimming! Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous time at Seawatch Resort.

This was our first time at Myrtle Beach. This condo has a great view of the pools and beach. it has a large balcony, we sat out there every day watching people at the resort and people on the beach. The condo was cleaned and had everything you needed. My boys were very excited having there own beds. we definitely would stay here again if we ever come back. Thanks Betsy for everything.

Beautifully updated condo

Just spent the week at Seawatch for my sons World Series, the condo was perfect! Very clean, comfortable and up to date. The Seawatch property was also perfect for our family, several pools and activities to choose from.

Sol Solution is fantastic! The place is exactly as described especially clean, convenient, and relaxing!! There’s a million things to do close by. The pools are great and love that they are open late for a comfortable night swim! Betsy was easy to work with and responded quickly. LOVE this place!!

Not happy with property manager

This was my family’s first time going to Myrtle Beach. We really liked it. Nicest beaches and the location and amenities of Seawatch was great. The condo itself looked ok, but one our first night we noticed 2 of the 3 TVs were not working. I texted the property manager, and she said she would send a technician the next day to fix it. We wasted half a day waiting for the technician. When she arrived she tried several things but couldn’t fix it. She even called another technician and he couldn’t fix it either. When I told the manger the tech couldn’t fix it, she made it out as though we were incompetent and couldn’t figure the TV out. I asked her twice to give us a discount for the inconvenience of waiting around half a day without any results, and she completely ignored my question. Lucky the TV in the kids room worked so they could watch TV at night when it was time to get ready for bed. Other things were an issue as well but since we got no where with the broken TVs we just made due. The master bedroom toilet keeps running water. We would get it to stop and then all of a sudden it would run again without us even using it. It was annoying and woke us up in the middle of the night several times. The water pressure was pretty bad. I enjoyed Myrtle Beach but our experience with the property manager was horrible.

First of all, It wasn't half a day, it was 10am. Second of all, the TVs, magically started working when the next guest arrived after you. You didn't ask for a discount you asked for a full refund. This is not my first rodeo, you were simply fishing for a free stay in my condo. Here is a quote from the people who checked out after you and stayed a week, "We absolutely love your condo and all the upgrades, this is our first time to sSeawatch and we will be back to stay in your unit again." I had 2 five stars before you and 21on my 3 bedroom in here. I hope the people reading this and see your intent and the accusation, you were just looking for a free vacation.
