Your lucky stay on 30A begins NOW. Welcome to “Lucky Beach”, a 3 bed, 2.5 bath beautiful townhome in Prominence. Sleeps 8! Great for families with an open concept living space with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy! Located in the heart of Prominence, you are close to everything: 2 resort styles pools (heated seasonally too!), The Big Chill, walking trails at Deer Lake State Park, and most importantly, the beach!!

Where you'll sleep:
Primary bedroom: King bed with smart TV, ceiling fan with En suite bathroom, double vanity, and walk-in shower.
Guest room: Queen bed with smart tv, and plenty of storage.
Bunk room: Twin over double bed that also includes a trundle. Sleeps 4!
We also have a pack n play for your little one!

Beach access:
 Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Closest to Prominence! It is under a 5-minute golf cart ride or bike ride West on 30A from Prominence. This beach access has 50 parking spots available along with bathrooms and dining pavilions equipped with charcoal grills. The boardwalk here is lengthy (about a quarter mile), There is a $3 entry fee per vehicle that can be paid with cash on site or can also be reserved in advance.

 Gulf Lakes Beach Access: Best for bike rides to the beach and is a 7 minute ride East on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. There are newly placed "No Parking" signs on the South shoulder that prohibit parking golf carts on the South shoulder directly next to the Gulf Lakes Access and Pelican Circle community all the way to Camp Creek Lake.

 Seabreeze Beach Access: Right past Gulf Lakes Access and is another option with available North side 30A shoulder parking slightly closer to its entry. You can park and use the nearby crosswalk to crossover 30A directly to the access entry.

 Walton Dunes Beach Access: 10 min. golf cart ride West on 30A from Prominence. If you don't feel like paying the $3 at Deer Lake, then this is our favorite beach. This access is tucked in a residential area off 30A but has a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access entry. Walton Dunes is an easier entry as it has no boardwalk or steps, and you can walk from the road directly onto the beach. This is a good option for dropping off passengers and gear then parking in the nearby lot. The parking lot is limited, so getting here early is suggested. There are plenty of bicycle racks at the access should you decide to ride a bike.

 Inlet Beach Regional Access: 15-minute car ride but is a great option with ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house and because carts are restricted in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98.

The community of Prominence is located on HWY 30A between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center at The Big Chill, resort-style pools, and nearby walking trails of Deer Lake State Park. “The Big Chill” includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater that has a covered event pavilion. The Big Chill also has a great cinema screen for movies as well as a stage for concerts and events! Watch a game on the big screen or enjoy a family “screen on the green”. There is entertainment most nights during the season. Several delights await you! Terrific BBQ, tacos, spirits, ice cream, along with unique one-of-a-kind eateries to explore during your stay.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit A). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Heads up for Fall and Winter! The pool at Prominence is heated Oct 1 - Nov 30 and during Christmas and New Years Eve.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 21.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
