'Ocean Eyes' is located in the Prominence at The Big Chill, a development in the heart of 30A close to popular hot spots such as Watersound, Seaside, Rosemary, & Alys Beach! Offering resort accommodations for 10 guests. Our family-friendly 3 BR / 2 bath townhome is only steps away from the resort style, zero entry pool area with cabanas, & grills. The townhome is stylish, spacious, & includes a well stocked kitchen, WiFi, TVs, games, two bikes, & beach gear.
THE SPACE 'Ocean Eyes' is a large luxury townhome with over 2,000 square feet of entertainment, including indoor and outdoor living space. You and your family will enjoy stunning upgrades and furnishings throughout, high-end name brand appliances, as well as custom plush designer coastal chic décor and accessories including a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The first floor open concept living space has plenty of room for entertaining with a powder room located next to the garage and laundry room for your convenience. Seating Arrangements: Living Room - 8, Dining Room - 6, Kitchen Bar - 4
The second floor comfortably sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms with two full baths. Sleeping Arrangements: Master Suite - king bed, TV, and private bathroom with shower and double vanity - 2 Guest Bedroom 1 - queen bed, TV, shared bathroom with shower/tub combo - 2 Guest Bedroom 2 - sturdy full-sized bunk bed TV, shared bathroom with shower/tub combo - 4
'Ocean Eyes' is a SMOKE FREE home.
GUEST ACCESS The entire townhome will be available to use during your stay. Large two-car garage for additional parking or storage.
POPULAR BEACH ACCESES: There are several convenient beach accesses which you can access by car, bike, or shuttle. Below are 4 of the most popular accesses:
1. Gulf Lakes Beach Access - 8040 E Scenic Hwy 30A Seacrest, FL 32461 Located about 1 mile to the east of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.
2. Walton Dunes Beach Access - 258 Beach Front Trl Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 Located 2 miles west of Prominence. This is unique in that there is no boardwalk to the beach. You just drop your stuff right in the sand. The parking is plentiful and very close to the access point.
3. Santa Clara Beach Access - 3468 E Scenic Hwy 30A Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle which runs seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If you take the shuttle, please note that the hours of operation are 9 am to 3 pm*
4. Deer Lake State Park - Deer Lake is located only 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (approx. $3 for parking). Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.

State Parks - Grayton & Top Sail state parks are lovely for beachgoers. Camp Helen is fun to tour & rent kayaks or paddleboards.
Beach Accesses - For exact locations, see the map on Visit South Walton's website. There are a few regional beach accesses located within 5 miles of our home: Santa Clara Beach Access (#8 on map - mentioned above) is 3.5 miles west and is where the seasonal Prominence shuttle takes you. Inlet Beach (#9 on map) is 4 miles east by car. Van Ness Butler Jr. Beach Access (#7 on map) is 5 miles west by car. There are also a few neighborhood beach Accesses (#38-43 on map) which are within 2 miles or less from Prominence.

Great House and Great Location
Beautiful home! It has everything you need already stocked. Great little community with a nice pool and kids out riding bikes. Close to the beautiful Deer Lake Park Beach. We had a great trip!

Family vacation
Overall we had a great vacation and really liked the location. I would recommend renting a golf cart to get around to other places including the beach. We had a lot of rain during our stay so it was great having all the space and TVs in multiple rooms. I loved the round dining table for us all to be involved during discussions over dinner and breakfast. Would definitely recommend this place!

We loved our stay at Ocean Eyes. It was so clean and beautiful. We could walk across the street to the Hub that had a lot of shopping and dining options.
Our host made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Ocean Eyes.
A beautiful area and so close to so many beautiful little towns.
We look forward to going back soon.

Perfect Getaway!
My daughter and I visit 30a each year for our girls trip, and this property was perfect! The space was clean, comfortable and and every detail was thoughtfully planned. No need for a golf cart as the property is close to the pool and to the Hub. Prominence is our preferred vacation spot, and this unit is a favorite! We will be back! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful place with us!

Clean and convenient
Spent a great second half of our Spring Break at Ocean Eyes - it was very clean, comfortable and well-decorated. We would definitely stay there again! Also love the location of Prominence for its proximity to the Hub and all of the shops and food options they have there!

We are the owners of Ocean Eyes on 30A, a 3 bedroom townhome in the Prominence community along scenic highway 30A. Our family hails from South Louisiana but we love spending time on the Emerald Coast. After the third summer in a row staying here, Will and I decided to take the plunge and buy our own townhome. We have two kiddos, both elementary age that love coming here just as much as we do. There is something special about 30A and we look forward to helping you discover what this gorgeous place has to offer. Come stay with us and catch your own perfect sunset!
