Update on Dock and Seawall. Seawall and Dock are finished! Pictures coming soon. Bring the family and fish right off the dock. Enjoy watching the sun set, the dolphins and manatees while sipping cocktails from the large seating area.

Minimal rental is 7 days and all rentals must begin or end on a Saturday. Please contact owners for any exceptions

Enjoy the breathtaking southern view of Ft Meyers from across the Caloosahatchee River while sitting under the lanai or lounging by the infinity pool. Beautifully landscaped and well appointed, this gorgeous three-bedroom home is your own private tropical resort. Very private and each of the three bedrooms each with it's own private bath, Home is highlighted by a large master king suite that overlooks the infinity pool, water and opens to the lanai and the whirlpool/pool/deck area.

Amazing Home and Views

Flawless Stay at this beautiful house; Relaxing by the Pool was so nice, and the View of the river was amazing. Located close to everything. Very quiet neighborhood. Owners of the home were very accommodating.

This was the perfect vacation as we knew it would be. There was no need to ever leave, other than for groceries , or meals out. The view is fabulous, and the pool is absolutely perfect. The hot tub was adjusted for my preference and was wonderful. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, and the neighborhood is so quiet that you feel as if you are completely alone. This is the perfect place to relax and leave everything behind. This was our 3rd stay and I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. This house makes us feel like we are returning to a friends home. James and Kim very quickly address any concerns or questions, and we can’t wait to stay again.

A luxurious stay in a spectacular location

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! The home, patio, and pool were absolutely amazing as was the hospitality of the hosts. Wish we were still there and hope to return in the future!

Beautiful house!

Beautiful property and great location. Close to stores and restaurants. Very private and quiet area. House was beautiful and spacious. Outdoor area was beautiful and the fishing was good. Right on the river which was perfect. Hot tub was confusing to heat but the owners were very responsive and helped right away. Our stay was wonderful and we were sad to leave.

Absolutely Beautiful

3 couples over the age of 60 shared this home for one week. We were all pleasantly impressed with the amenities both inside and out. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. We made breakfast every day, ate meals outside often and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and views daily. The owners Kim and Jim responded quickly to any questions we had. Absolutely loved this home and are trying to figure out when we can all return again for a longer period of time.

Wonderful Home!

This house is amazing! The views of the river, the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! The house is well stocked and very comfortable! The owners are extremely responsive to questions! The location was perfect, very quick to the attractions and restaurants across the bridge in Fort Myers, yet also just a 10 minute walk to 2 Tiki bars and the Monkey Bar ( great grouper panini!) We will be back!

Perfect getaway!
