The first floor of the home features the main living space, which has an open floor plan for easy conversation. The welcoming living room invites you to unwind and experience nothing but relaxation and entertainment with comfortable sofas and a TV. The well-appointed, eat-in kitchen features all the essentials, including a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker, that will make cooking a breeze. The island right in the center seats up to four people comfortably, making it ideal for family meals or to keep the chef some company while cooking.
The second floor hosts three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room. The main bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet, a large TV, an en suite bathroom, and access to a small balcony. The other two bedrooms share the second full bathroom in the hallway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
