Summertime visitors will love the easy proximity to abundant hiking, mountain biking, and golf opportunities, while wintertime visitors will be around five miles from Flagstaff Snow Park and surrounded by snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails.

Built in 2020, the home itself features a bright, modern interior, open floor plan, and chic furnishings. Don your chef’s hat and step into the sleek kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances, a standalone island, and gleaming countertops, to whip up mealtime masterpieces. Serve up your culinary creations at the natural-wood dining table or just grab a quick snack at the breakfast bar.

The back patio and gas grill is a shared space for the main home and the studio apartment above the garage. The studio space and the main home space remain separate unless rented together.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
