Living Room: Living room provides ample seating with a recliner chair and couch. Couch pulls out to a queen size bed for extra sleeping space. Smart TV with streaming capabilities. Books, board games and a blu-ray player provided.

Dining: Table for 4 with extra seating at the breakfast bar.

Kitchen: All the necessities - Fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, and Keurig coffee bar. Utensils and cookware provided. Blender and teapot available.

Bathroom: Walk-in shower. Hairdryer provided.

Master Bedroom: King sized bed overlooking the intercoastal waters. Plenty of closet space and dresser storage.

Children/Infants: Pack and Play provided (Gust must bring sheets and padding). Children suction bowls and plates, spoons, and no-spill sippie cups provided. Toddler booster seat with attached table provided. Protective outlet covers placed in all unused outlets.

Balcony: Shared balcony with 180-degree ocean views. Outdoor chairs provided. Since this is a corner unit, there is much more room to relax and soak up the views.

Laundry: Shared laundry on each floor. Washer and dryer takes debit/credit cards or quarters. Drying rack provided in unit for clothes or towels to air dry.

Pool: Cool down with a dip in the beachfront pool!

Beach: Steps away from the sand! Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels provided. Tables and charcoal grill located on the beach.

Accessibility and Safety: This is a 3rd floor unit and there are stairs located next to the unit as well as elevators in the middle of the building. Fire and carbon monoxide detectors are maintained in the unit. First-aid kit provided.

Transporation and Parking: 1 parking spot provided on property. Uber/Lyft accessible. Easily walk to local bars and restaurants for food, drinks and live music. Free local beach ride available.
