Well maintained & comfortable house and property. We loved being in a very quiet in subdued neighborhood. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Already considering going back to the same place for next year.

A Wonderful Week In Cape May

We really enjoyed our stay here in Cape May this summer. This was a very special week for our family because I came to this house every summer as a child. My grandparents owned the house many years ago and I was very blessed to be able to create new memories in the same house that was so special to me growing up! Our host/hostess were excellent, very responsive and the house was well kept/cleaned. Also, the house was well stocked with everything, from cooking essentials to books (for both adults and kids), puzzles/toys, an assortment of pillows for the beds, etc.

Great place!

Perfect place for my large family. Loved having so much room. Didn’t feel crowded at all. Plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen. Great having two bathrooms. Definitely will be staying again.

Just what we needed

Quiet neighborhood and home was very clean. It’s just what my family of 4 and I needed. Beach was walkable but I’d recommend biking or driving. There was plenty of parking near the beach. Beds were comfortable and room sizes were more than adequate. My two suggestions would be a fan in the ceiling over the porch and a good ironing board. Otherwise our stay was terrific and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Immaculate, Room for All

Wonderful vacation with plenty of room for my family (3 adult children and a son’s girlfriend). Quiet neighborhood but a walk (or broke) to all attractions. Highly recommended.

Quiet Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful and the neighborhood was SO QUIET and peaceful. We were so close to the beach and walked the quiet streets every night. The house was very clean and the owner was very nice and friendly to deal with. All the instructions were laid out and very easy to understand. We will definitely come back to this quiet and beautiful home⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Newly Renovated property in a quiet neighborhood

well cared for property, with ample space for our family group of 7, including children. We did have a problem with ants in the kitchen but owner was prompt in contacting pest control.

Always a Pleasure to Visit Cape May

Cape May is delightful in the off-season, with plenty of shopping, hiking, and dining opportunities available. This was our second time staying at Ron & Kim’s vacation rental and we found it just as enjoyable as the first, with clean, comfortable rooms and updated kitchen and bathrooms. Check-in was easy and our stay was relaxing. The road crews were readying the town for summer visitors, so it was a bit of a challenge to get around town at times, but nothing can dull the sparkle of our favorite little Jersey Shore town. Thanks, Ron and Kim, for sharing your home with us once again.

Clean home in a quiet community.

I stayed here with several of my friends for a quick weekend getaway. The check in process was very easy. The drip coffee maker was great to have. The house is beautifully renovated, and the owners are very responsive. Extra blankets were found in the closet and the ceiling fans were a great touch. I would recommend bringing a portable mirror since they are only in the bathrooms. It was difficult for 3 ladies to do our makeup when the guys were hogging the bathrooms. Overall it was a great stay!

Fine budget rental

Overall fine, clean. Probably not a deal break for anyone but FYI. The renovation work at this property was done at a DIY level. Expect obvious poor finish work. Also althought clean.. the property currently has an ant problem (management well aware as there are ant traps everywhere) .. other than that its a great, clean budget friendly place.

Overall great location.

The house was clean enough. The only complaints I have are that there were ants everywhere. The kitchen job doesn’t look completely finished. Ants were coming from the kitchen window and from the windows in living room and the front bedroom and master bathroom. Also, the patio table is very old and you couldn’t sit in the chairs because they are all pretty much broken with missing straps and no cushions. There is also no umbrella. For the amount paid, it would have been nice to have an outside table to sit at and enjoy a dinner.

Kelly - thanks so much for staying with us! We are surprised by your comments and wish you had reached out to us during your stay With your concerns. The patio furniture cushions are stored in the front porch closet to keep them out of the rain; had you requested an umbrella we would have brought you one, and we have a pest contract with Ehrlich so we could have just called them and they would have been on site the next day; ants are a common problem at the beach so we have pest contracts on each of our homes. The last text we received from you during your stay said ‘all is great’, so we assumed that it was - very sorry that you had these issues!

Outstanding stay!

Ron and Kim are outstanding hosts. They live close by and take excellent care of their properties. The home was very clean when we arrived. Since last year, they replaced the outside grill with a new Weber which worked great. They are very friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to staying in one of their homes again in the future. We quite liked the layout of this twin and I highly recommend both the property and working with the Tuppers.

Cape May Weekend

Took mother-in-law to Cape May for her 89th birthday. Property was just as advertised. It was very clean and cozy, and in a nice quiter part of Cape May, but easy drive to everything. Had a great stay and would definitely come back again.

Cute & comfy

The house was very nicely decorated. The beds and furniture were comfortable. It had just enough space for 4 friends to stay for the weekend. The location was described accurately - in a quiet neighborhood and a decent walk to the beach or town. It is attached to another home, but the neighbors were quiet. We also had to drive / Uber to most places. The only accommodation we didn’t have and would have liked was for towels and sheets to be provided, but since we all drove it was not a big deal to pack them. Overall great experience!

Great for families with kids

This home was great for our family with our two young toddlers! Not many breakable items, lots of plastic dishes, and space for the kids to roam. There were also lots of books and toys for the kids. Thank for a great stay!

Ron & Kim Tupper bought their first Cape May house in 2000, and have since bought and renovated 10 more homes here in Cape May. Married more than 30 years, we and our two kids spend nearly every weekend of the year in Cape May, our favorite beach town! Our weekends in the off-season find us busy renovating, building, and putting our personal touches on every one of our properties so they are welcoming for every one of our tenants. Each weekend in the summer, we personally check on all of our properties between rentals, take care of the lawns, meet our new guests for the week, and make sure our tenants are all comfortable before we head to the beach for some sun and fun!
Kim grew up coming to Cape May for a week each summer, and then when we moved to Pennsylvania, we found ourselves in Cape May for a weekend each summer while we performed with the Chester County Concert Band (before we had kids of course!) We knew we wanted another place to call home, and Cape May was an easy decision.

This home has the ideal combination of being updated and clean, a short walk to the beach, reasonably priced, and on a quiet street. The patio, outside shower, gas grill, and porch make for great outside breaks from the ocean, and the clean, well appointed inside with high-speed internet, digital cable, and fun beachy design make for a memorable vacation! We also purchased 1152 Pennsylvania Ave directly next door, so larger families of up to 16 can consider renting both!
