The main floor offers generous living and dining space for the whole family, anchored by a standout kitchen fully stocked for serving large groups. Granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances, including dual dishwashers, an oversized oven, and drip and Keurig coffee makers, round out the kitchen's accouterments. This floor also holds the primary beachfront King bedroom, complete with an impressive en suite bath featuring a double vanity, shower, whirlpool tub, water closet, and a spacious closet. A laundry closet and half bath add extra convenience.

The top floor holds 5 bedrooms in a mix of layouts to suit every guest. The 2 beachfront King bedrooms include en suite baths and access to the beachfront balcony, while a beachfront bunk room offers 2 Twin-over-Full bunks and a private bath. Rounding out this level are 2 lagoon-view bedrooms, one King suite and one with paired Queens, each with a private bath. A second laundry room and a full wet bar with an undercounter ice maker and beverage fridge add extra versatility to this floor.

Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious deck and a heatable infinity pool with plenty of space to enjoy relaxing in the sun and sweeping ocean views. The deck is equipped with dining tables and there's a charcoal grill under the house, making it easy to gather the whole family for a meal al fresco. This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
