This property was great for our friend’s bachelorette! It had everything we needed and was awesome for hanging out. The backyard and pool were great and the overall house was super spacious. Eli was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend booking!

Stayed here over Christmas holiday for my daughter’s wedding. Space is comfortable for our family of 13. Few things needed some attention to , our host was extremely attentive to our needs and things were fixed. Pool is very nice but wished it was heated. Overall great space for family vacation.

Amazing Experience

We had a relatively large group here and Eli was extremely pleasant to work with. Very communicative and always checking in to make sure things were going okay. He is a great host and would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Great property and beautiful pool with all the amenities

Our group came for bachelorette party and had a great experience working with Eli. The property is stocked with everything you could need from towels to beach coolers. All beds are comfortable and plenty of room for a large group. The backyard is set up to enjoy a pool day with floats and a putting green. The best part was Eli’s communication from the start of the trip, to checking in throughout. He was flexible with check in and checkout which made our travel so easy. Highly recommend staying here!!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay as the house accommodated our family of 15 well. We had great communication with Eli and he accommodated us well. Not to far of a drive to several beaches, which made the location great.

Great place for a bachelorette!

I recently had my bachelorette and stayed here. Eli was super responsive and even let us check in early. The house was perfect with plenty of room for all 10 of us. The location is also just a short drive from downtown st pete.

Great Stay!

I had a great time during my stay, the house was easily able to accommodate all 12 in my group! Eli was a very responsive host, and always got back to me within minutes anytime I asked him a question about the property. The house is a very short drive from downtown, along with the beach, and is a fantastic place to stay if you are with a larger group!

Amazing home and outstanding host

Loved the property, everything was so clean and neat! Great pool and outdoor area with mini golf and a hammock. TV in every room, huge master bedroom and bathroom. And the host, Eli, always offering great tips to get around and advising on places to visit.

The best!

What a fun weekend! Eli was very accommodating by letting us check in early and stay until our flights were leaving. The house was the perfect spot for my bachelorette! I couldn’t have asked a better location and host. Will definitely be staying at this house again!

Fantastic

Came her for a bachelor party and it could not have been a better choice. Beautiful backward, fantastic kitchen, and a responsive host, it was like a little oasis. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a spot in St. Pete’s, come here and boom with Eli.

The house was wonderful very spacious, clean and convenient location to everything. We loved the pool and the putting green!!! Beds are very comfortable. The kids loved the arcade game. Host is very friendly and great communication!! Definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing!

Pool was great!! House was clean! Host was quick to reply and even allowed us to drop luggage earlier then check-in because of early flights and was super helpful when asking questions! Beds were all comfy and the house had everything you needed!!

Fun house

Overall its was a very fun house for 13 people. Never felt too cramped and sleeping arrangements were very good. Could not find the hammock. One thing I would recommend was having more toilet paper and trash bags for large groups staying for 3 nights.

Great house for large groups with an awesome host!

We had the pleasure of staying at Eli’s house for my bachelorette weekend with 10 girls and the house was a perfect amount of space! The pool area was wonderful to relax, especially with the cabana which allowed us a break from the sun while still enjoying being outside. Eli was an awesome host as he was very responsive since the moment I booked and helped to provide local suggestions and connected us to a boating charter. The house is also centrally located between downtown St. Pete and the beach which made it easy to get to all spots where we had planned activities. If you’re looking for a house in St. Pete, highly recommend booking with Eli!

Eli was great, however, there was definitely some sort of pet situation happening in the house prior to us being there. It felt as if the bedding/couches weren't properly cleaned and there was pet hair, which aggrivated guest with allergies.

Perfect for large groups and families

We stayed here with a group of 11, with children ranging in ages from 18 months-10 years old. We had an amazing time! We loved that every room had a King sized bed and TV and the beds were very comfortable. The outside area was great, the pool was amazing as well as the putting green, we spent most of our time outside. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need to cook a meal and plenty of utensils. There was plenty of dining space and lounging space, we never felt crowded. There were extra blankets and plenty of towels. This rental was very close to stores like Publix, Wal-Mart and Target and about 18 minutes to Treasure Island. All in all I would say this is the perfect rental for a large group of any age range. We had an amazing time and our host Eli was amazingly attentive and kind. Thanks for everything!

Good group house with pool

We enjoyed our stay at Eli’s house. The host was super helpful with early check-in and was reachable throughout our stay. The house rules were easy to follow, especially for cleaning up and leaving (sometimes rentals can have such a long list of expectations!) and it made the whole stay really easy. The house is about a 15-20 min Uber to downtown St Pete so just something to keep in mind. The Publix was very close (walking distance) and St Pete bagel is nearby too. We had 14 adult women in our group and it felt a little tight for sleeping but it worked! Loved the pool and layout of the house. The house was clean. We also asked Eli for a recommendation for a chef and we enjoyed Chef Anthony. I would recommend more toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags but it was easy to order for delivery via Instacart. Thank you!

The Exterior of the House needs much work

The house was very clean on the inside, however, there were minor issues, the bathtub does not drain and was unusable, the toilet seats were falling off, and the closet was broken, but overall very clean. The outside of the house needs work. The pool has a dangerous crack and was cold and dirty. The electrical circuit panel on the side of the house was exposed and there is no way that it meets code violations. The vinyl siding was loose and hitting against the house, and the pool has a dangerous sharp tile missing and was cold and dirty. The trash from the last guests was still laying all over the side of the house and over 100 beer cans were all over the area (it was a windy day). The owner was very responsive. He sent someone to nail down the vinyl and to "clean" the pool which consisted of skimming the top and pouring chlorine in it. This is NOT a house for families with little kids unless you are willing to never leave their side outside. More importantly, VRBO representatives have been absolutely horrible to resolve any problems we were dealing with. It's the first time I have ever experienced dealing with them and I give them an F for customer service. So, in the end, I would say that Eli was great to deal with but has a lot of repairs to make. The location was in an older neighborhood and a 15 min drive to St. Petersburg and 15-20 to Treasure Island. It was an extremely overpriced home considering the amenities were not usable.
