The comfy living room has patio doors which open onto the attractive south facing pool deck.

There is a separate lounge for you to enjoy some quiet time reading or watching TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need during your stay. There is a formal dining area just off the kitchen in addition to the breakfast bar which is ideal for informal eating and snacking.

There is also a fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedroom 1 is a master with King sized bed and en-suite bathroom with separate shower and tub.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have 2 sets of Twin beds. The family bathroom which has a shower over the tub also services bedrooms 3 and 4.

This home has 6 flat screen TVs with Roku streaming services. The Internet access and the telephone service allow for free dialing to landlines throughout the USA, The fully screened pool deck with covered lanai has a pool with integrated spa and faces south - a bonus for those guests who like to swim, lounge, picnic and dine outdoors without being in direct sun all day, the boundary fence also gives great privacy to the pool area.

After a hard day at the attractions, shopping or golfing, stepping into the cool and airy interior of your vacation home will refresh your senses.

Sit and relax in either the family room or the separate living room; watch TV or chill out with a book, or take a nap in the king size beds in the master bedrooms. Step out through the living room patio doors onto the pool deck with covered lanai, or from your own private access of either of the 2 master bedrooms. Let the pool and jacuzzi ease away the strains of the day, or just lounge and relax on the pool deck or enjoy a meal seated around the patio dining table. The south facing pool is quite private with a hedge along the side and a privacy fence along the bottom of the property, with a grassy expanse behind the fence.
