Here is your 66m² apartment Rundblick, in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow, the gateway between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden, in the old seafaring school. A dream for couples, families, dropouts and all generations. The main building, the Alte Seefahrtschule, where your beautiful apartment is located, was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a house for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations. The Maritime School was reopened in 2020. The apartment created there is furnished in a modern beach house style. The high ceilings and selected accessories underline the friendly and spacious character of the apartment. The modern 2-room apartment on the 3rd The upper floor impresses with a balcony aligned to the side of the bay, a living / dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom. Start your day with a nice breakfast on the 7m² east balcony and enjoy the view into the distance over the roofs of Wustrow. The balcony has a table with two chairs and two sun loungers so you can relax all day. This is accessible from the living room. Via the modern hall, equipped with a wardrobe, a sideboard and a full-length mirror, you can access the large, light-flooded living-dining area. The living area is equipped with a small sofa bed, two armchairs, a fireplace and invites you to enjoy wonderful moments together - also enjoy the unique view from here. The modern living area is complemented by a comfortable seating group consisting of a dining table and four chairs. The design floor covering installed throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect and has underfloor heating. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide media entertainment. Of course, free WiFi is available. The open NOLTE - fitted kitchen borders on the living and dining area and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with numerous cooking accessories for a culinary evening. The large dining table with comfortable seating chairs provides additional comfort. The furniture of the bedroom is kept in modern white and brown. The wardrobe is in a separate dressing room. The modern box spring beds with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm invite you to dream.
