This 3 bedroom/3 bath townhome features an open floor plan for 8 people, fully stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, custom furniture/decor, and an incredible outdoor deck w/ propane grill and seating. We aim to be your basecamp for all adventures that the area has to offer, though you may not want to leave your retreat!
The space
Entering the main level, you'll find a spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating, and a fireplace with 55" TV above mantle. This room opens into a dining area and fully-stocked kitchen. The entrance to the back porch is beyond the kitchen with a brand new propane grill and outdoor seating. One half bathroom is downstairs, just past the laundry room.
The second level is reached by one staircase leading to all 3 main bedrooms. One is a King Bedroom with private full bathroom, large TV and sitting area. Second bedroom features a Queen Bed (and space for an air mattress), while the Third Bedroom has one Queen Bed and a Bunk Bed (more space for air mattress). At the top of the stairs is another full bathroom.
Guest access
You have access to the full home and everything in it, as well as the parking spaces in front (room for 2 cars). High Valley road isn't busy and perfect for a quick walk - you can also access Wear Farm City Park (playground, basketball hoops, tennis courts, sport fields).
