Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback with us, Mike. While we're glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall, we are saddened to hear that not only did you experience any inconveniences during your stay, but that there was also a delay in response to your concerns on our end. We understand that we dropped the ball as far as communication, and we sincerely apologize that this happened. Your concerns have been shared with the appropriate departments in an effort to improve in these areas to prevent this from being the experience of any future guests. We, again, truly apologize and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the near future.

Alex, we completely understand how upsetting your stay must have been, and we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you and your family had to endure. No one should have to deal with issues during their vacation, especially when this is supposed to be a time to create precious memories. While it is listed in the description that the basement is partially finished, we recognize we could have been more diligent in making sure that you were aware of this. Please be assured that your concerns have been heard and passed on to the appropriate personnel for an extensive property review to see where we can improve so this does not happen again. We work diligently to ensure our listings are accurate, and we realize there was an error despite our efforts, and we are so sorry for the misunderstanding. We greatly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, and we have taken the proper steps to update the room count accordingly. We cannot apologize enough for your disappointing experience. We hope for the opportunity to serve you better in the future, as this is certainly not our standard.
