7-rooms apt - seaview - in city center of torremolinos - bali style - 5 bedrooms

there is everything you might need and want in walking distance for it is in the middle of the city center of torremolinos:

# lots of restaurants and bars

# all kind of shops (grocery, pharmacy, fashion, drugstore, deli, souvenirs, tools (ferreteria), household goods etc,

# train station (5 mins walking distance)

- 10 minutes to the airport
- 20 mins to Malaga center

# and the beautiful beaches (also 5 mins walking distance)

two important things have to be emphasized:

1.2 of the bedrooms are connecting rooms.
bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 are connecting rooms for bedroom 4.

2. parts of the wooden floor look shabby. we like that, but maybe you prefer a proper and / or stylish apartment. this apartment is and looks really used.

the windows of habitacion 2, 3and 4 are facing an inner court yard very light.

on the terrace you find a pond with shower for cooling down in summer and bathing in hot water in winter time.

in the apartment are some work out facilities like weight pairs (10 kg, 5 kg, 3 kg, and 1 kg), a work out bench, a hometrainer (bike) etc.
in addition there is a professional gym in the building (not for free).
