Relax & Enjoy the Warmth of Hawaii in a 2 BR/2 BA. Great Rates for Long Stays!

Keauhou Punahele is located at the very south end of Ali'i Highway, a 5 minute walk to Keauhou Bay and the Outrigger. We are close to shops, restaurants, farmer's markets and many of the varied activities this island has to offer.

Our condo is located at a quiet area of this peaceful complex. The surrounding grounds are carefully manicured with well established plants. shrubs and trees native to Hawaii.

This unit is a spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath (1200 sq. ft), 2nd floor unit with a bridge entry from the parking lot. (NO stairs)

The extra large lanai has golf course and ocean views from the living room and the master bedroom. Great for watching the sunsets!!

-Our living room has lots of comfy furniture, a 40' LCD TV and a DVD player.
-The dining area has wooden table and 4 padded chairs.
-The master bedroom has a king size bed with private 2 room bathroom and walk-in closet. This bathroom has a large tiled shower.
-The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser with 32' TV.
-The hall-2 room bathroom, has a shower as well as a large washer and dryer.

-The kitchen has all the necessities, stove with oven, microwave, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, all pots and pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery. We also include a large spice cupboard, coffee maker, blender and kettle.
-All rooms have ceiling fans.
-On the large lanai, we have a propane BBQ and patio furniture, including dining table with chairs and loungers.

These buildings are constructed of cement, making it quiet and cool as the gentle breezes sweep through.... off the ocean in the morning...off the mountain in the evening.

We have included cable, wireless internet and free long distance to Canada and the US, to keep in touch with family at home.

This is a NON-SMOKING COMPLEX. Smoking is PROHIBITED within the condominium, on the lanai, in the entryways, on the pathways and in the pool area. Pets are not allowed.

Located only a mile from a shopping centre that includes a grocery store, drug store, restaurants, a post office, a movie theatre and many shops. Also close by is one on the best snorkeling beaches in the area.

This complex has strict noise rules. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Excellent host, responded quickly to any questions we had.. The condo was in great condition and very comfortable. The location is south of Kona, close to some of the local beaches. Location borders a golf course and is quiet, exactly what we needed.

enjoyed stay and enjoyed the time in big island

We enjoyed our stay here for 8 nights as a family of three. This condo is very clean, quite and nice decorated. The checked-in and checked out processes were very smoothly. And the location is also very good, since we had two boat trips just located at close-by harbor. We did lots of snorkeling in the closeby beaches . We definitely will come back again.

Quiet and comfortable

Condo had everything we could need. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. Enjoyed hearing the birds and watching the golfers. Fabulous sunsets every night, too. Very relaxing.

Escape to Paradise

It was a lovely condo will all amenities and well stocked. There were numerous fans which was good as the condo was warm until it cooled down. The location and environment were peaceful and centrally located to all of our activities. Most important was that Claire (the host) was quick to answer all questions and was very hospitable. I would definitely go back! Thanks a million for an amazing visit!

Wonderful, well equipped condo!

The condo is clean and well equipped, located in a quiet complex a short distance from the Keauhou Shopping Center (which has a KTA and many restaurants). It's ideally located between downtown Kona and Captain Cook. The check in/check out process was super easy. Thank you Claire for such a wonderful stay at your property!

Absolutely Wonderful!

Very clean, roomy 2 bedroom condo on a beautifully manicured propety! Everything you need in the kitchen including seasonings and condiments. Quiet and peaceful part of town, short drive to snorkeling or shopping. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience

Location was perfect! View of the golf course & the amazing sunrises and sunsets from the lanai were enchanting. Easy to get to favorite snorkeling & hiking spots. Condo very well equipped. Always felt safe & comfortable. Would definitely stay again

A wonderful fully equipped condo with sunset views to enjoy the best of the Big Island

This condo is well made, roomy and well equipped in a complex that is very well maintained. It was a wonderful home base for our Hawaii adventure. We were able to watch the sunsets from the lanai (2 green flashes!!), enjoyed the clean pool area a couple times, and appreciated the quiet time in the complex. It was a great location for us near some awesome snorkeling beaches but also near a supermarket (KTA) and a couple farmer’s markets (at the Keauhou shopping area and at the Sheraton). We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful experience! It was nice to come into a condo that has been well kept and had a warm welcoming Aloha feel to it. It was very spacious, nicely decorated, had comfortable beds and just about everything that you might have left at home was provided. For example, we needed a mini screw diver, opened the drawer and there it was! Everything in the condo was neatly organized. We also had a feeling of privacy and neighbors were very respectful. I Cannot say enough about how nice it was to stay here! Over all, I would have to give this condo experience a five star rating. Oh, and Claire, the owner, super nice person too! We would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat!

A wonderful place to stay

After a day or two in your condo my husband said, "This is more like someone's home rather than a vacation rental". And that pretty well sums it up. Much better furniture and furnishings than the other rentals we've had in this complex. And the 'no stairs' was a welcome change from our previous rentals. Thank you so much for your awesome hospitality and we will be back!

Comfortable and nicely appointed

My husband and I and another couple stayed in this condo for a month in November/December 2010. We had stayed in the Keauhou Punahele complex the year before so we knew that the complex itself is quiet and the grounds are well maintained. When we arrived for our stay in this unit we were pleasantly surprised at the obvious thought that had gone into choosing the furniture, cookware, dishes and other amenities. The condo was very clean and well maintained which made us feel right at home. We would definitely rent this condo again. The owner was very helpful and even called to check that we had everything we needed which was a nice touch. The Keauhou area of Kona has everything you need to be comfortable during your vacation on the Big Island as the Keauhou Shopping Center is close by. I definitely recommend kayaking across Kealakekua Bay early in the morning but be sure to take your mask, snorkel and fins that you can rent at Jack's Diving Locker in the Coconut Grove Marketplace in Kona.

Spending some winter months in this area is a lovely change from Canada's climate. Although I love my home in British Columbia, I also love my new hale in Keauhou. I hope you will, too..

The grounds of this property are extremely well maintained, from the native trees, shrubs and flowers to the spacious pool and hot tub area. It gives one the Hawaiian feeling right away. This complex has strict noise rules, quiet time is from 10 PM to 8 AM.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I find this area so quiet, but close to everything one would need. There is a fantastic view and the having no stairs into the unit is very convenient. It is also a great area to walk or jog.
