Hi Gerard. We are sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with your stay at our Beach House. Below is our response to your complaints: First and foremost, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please allow me to point out that there are numerous notices throughout our first floor that have documented information on it with a point of contact name & number on the island you are to use if there is ANYTHING you are unsatisfied with because it will be addressed and resolved immediately. I do not understand why you chose not to use this service we offer. I texted you after checking in to make sure everything was satisfactory, and your response was that everything was good except you felt the grill was messy, again you should have called the name and number on the card to have it rectified. We have no control over the water pressure in the home. The deck size is/was limited by the township and has been enjoyed by many, including ourselves, with no complaints. We tried to put a staircase to the outdoor shower to no avail, we were denied by the township and they would not consider a variance for same. The pictures clearly show this is a two story home, hence steps to the 2nd floor. The pillows are replaced after each season of rentals, however no one has complained of pillows that stunk. The home has been rented out 3 times since your stay and no one complained. I’ve been to the property as well and find that complaint to be unsubstantiated. The master bedroom is the only room in the home without upgraded memory foam mattresses and the reason for that is for people who prefer to not have a firm mattress. Everyone has different preferences. I felt that from the time you booked that you would not be satisfied. I reached out immediately more than once and never heard back and when I did, the only thing you were concerned with is that no realtors show the property during your stay, which we graciously abided by.
