The tennis court and swimming pool are both keyed and fenced for your safety. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to visit the premises.
Owner is not responsible for construction or maintenance at a property that is outside the unit and no refunds will be given for these inconveniences.
