Our White Dunes condo is the perfect getaway to experience the best in Indian Rocks Beach!



This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo features a balcony, shared pool and a perfect location – literally just steps from the beach!



The Primary suite features a Queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with twin at the top and full in the bottom and a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The unit sleeps a total of 5 guests total.



Living room has a large sectional Sleeper Sofa, huge flat screen TV and access to the private balcony - perfect for morning coffee and happy hour cocktails.



The kitchen comes equipped with all major appliances, and cookware for handling home-cooking with ease, including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. The kitchen features extra seating for 3 guests.



The dining table also seats four guests.



As beautiful as the pictures are, it's even more enticing in person.



Other features include a stackable washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and everything you need for some home-cooked meals, and WiFi throughout.



Feel at home in this open floor plan, which includes 1000 square feet of stylish décor, a fully appointed kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances and much more!



- This property allows 1 small pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes



Totally updated with new flooring, updated kitchen, new furniture and modern decor! This is located on the 2nd level with a flight of stairs to gain entry. No elevator.



This updated condo at Indian Rocks Beach offers quiet coastal living and family-friendly comfort with easy beach access, just down the street.



You'll only be steps from the beach at Indian Rocks Beach.



Please note: No grills are allowed in the building.

Convenient to public beach access. Good space and size. Curtains were missing in living room that cover the large sliding doors/windows. Although the bar/restaurant across the street was very convenient, it was noisy at night which you can hear in the master bedroom.

Wonderful IRB Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had booked a different rental property with another agency which was double booked when we tried to check in. Thank goodness we found this rental at "White Dunes" as within minutes of booking we had a message from the management company with access code info, their contact info and we were able to check in right away. We were very impressed with their responsiveness. The parking was perfect, the location was perfect, and the condo inside was perfect - exactly as advertised. Clean, bright, comfortable, and stocked with everything you'd need. The only thing that would have made it better would have been beach chairs at the condo (they offer rentals at additional cost). Overall we highly recommend. (John K and family from NH, not Irvine!)

Comfortable Condo Convenient Location

Enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed being within walking distance of several restaurants. Convenient beach access and a pool too! Rental company was easy to work with. I will use next year.

Indian Rocks Beach Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this place was great. Right next to the beach and walking distance to everything you need. The condo was very pretty, updated and had a nice homey feel. A few things could’ve made our stay a lot better, though. The floors weren’t cleaned properly and feet were dirty on day one. The WiFi did not work well in the main bedroom. This was unfortunate because the bar across the street is pretty noisy and we weren’t able to drown out the sound when we were trying to sleep even after restarting the modem as management recommended. The main thing I didn’t care for was the temperature of the showers- which was luke warm at best. It seems they were temperature controlled because the sinks got hot every time we used them but the showers were not. We also got a text at the end of our stay to “feel free to do a load of laundry” though detergent was never provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay but for the cost I feel these inconveniences should be noted for future guests.

During your stay, the only concern that was brought to our attention was the Wi-Fi in the main bedroom. We provided troubleshooting steps at the time, and after sharing that alternative, we did not receive any further messages indicating that the issue persisted. Had we been made aware of the other concerns during your stay, we would have been more than happy to look into them right away. We truly appreciate your comments and are always working to improve the experience for future guests. Beach trip

The condo location is perfect and right at the beach so that was amazing and we had everything we needed inside the condo too. Only negatives were you could hear some noise from the unit above and beside you. Also the sofa had a bad odor like smelly feet or wet dog the entire time even after I sprayed it with Lysol.

Lovely condo steps from the beach

The condo was bright, clean and comfortable. The management company was prompt in answering any questions I had. The condo was well equipped with kitchen items. It was great having an in-unit washer/dryer. You did have to climb up one flight of stairs to get to the unit. There was a balcony with furniture and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. All-in-all it was a great stay.

Terrible company to deal with

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental company refused to take responsibility for us getting lice. Cockroach in the bathroom, towels had stains. Company responded to Google review denying responsibility and blaming me for their issues. Do not recommend.

Felise, we take guest feedback very seriously, but we do want to clarify a few important points for accuracy. Our housekeeping and maintenance teams follow strict cleaning and inspection protocols before every check-in, and there have been no reports of lice or similar issues in this property either before or after your stay. The claim is not consistent with the condition of the unit or with other guest experiences. As for the towels, all linens are professionally laundered prior to each arrival, and any items not up to standard are immediately replaced when reported. We also maintain routine pest control services, and no findings have been reported in this unit aside from your comment. We regret that your perception of the stay did not match our commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. For future guests reading this, please know that our team is always available 24/7 to resolve any concern during a stay, and we pride ourselves on providing safe, clean, and welcoming homes.

Beautiful Condo in Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought our family of 5 to IRB for the week, and this condo was wonderful! The communication leading up to the vacation was professional and courteous, and we had no issues finding everything and getting into the condo. Once we we were there, the condo was spotless and well-stocked with clean linens and towels. They even included beach towels! They also provided 3 beach chairs and a few sand toys/shovels. The beach is steps away from the condo, and while it does offer public access, it never got too crowded. We didn't cook while we were there, but the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and utensils, and the refrigerator includes ice/water in the door. The condo was within walking distance of many restaurants, a public park that includes tennis/pickleball courts, an adorable coffee shop, a delicious ice cream shoppe, a small grocery store, and a souvenir shop. There was some street noise at night, but the condo provides 2 fans that drowned it out. Overall, this is a perfect location, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the White Dunes Condo!

Our Home away from Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We moved into the White Dunes Condo shortly after our home in Indian Rocks Beach was flooded by a hurricane. The owners and rental staff were extremely accommodating to our needs during this difficult time. We had the pleasure of staying in the comfortable space for several months during the holidays while we worked to get our home livable again and it felt like our second home. Beds and couch were comfortable. Kitchen is open to the living area and the main bedroom is at the opposite end of the unit so it worked well with a teenage boy who likes to stay up late watching TV. We enjoyed the back balcony where we could see the Gulf of Mexico and being just a few steps from the beach access. We also enjoyed walking across the street to one of our favorite pubs where we could enjoy a beer on the patio and regularly got food to go. It is also conveniently located across the street from a cute coffee shop, ice cream shop, and surf shop. In my opinion, you can't beat the location. We are so thankful to them for providing us with a clean, safe place to stay while we pieced our lives back together again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely, very nice condo. Not a lot of extras in the kitchen but you can easily get by. Condo was very clean but we did have to call the mgmt company upon our arrival to clean the floors that were sticky and kitchen counters had sand all over them. Very impressed that they sent someone right over and taken care of to perfection.The pool area is nice but lounging area is very small. The pool and deck area only gets minimal sun. We were visiting for the month of March.Beach is absolutely beautiful and only feet away. If you’re looking for quiet this is not the place. Walls are very thin. Being in a middle unit we constantly could hear a lot on both sides of us and especially the unit above. There is a restaurant/bar directly across the street. Very active and fun place but the noise goes until 2am nightly.I can’t say enough about Julien with the mgmt company. He was so kind and instantly took care of anything and any questions we had.With those few issues we still had an amazing month!! Thank you.
